We were there twice today, once in the Café and once in the Restaurant. The first time we went to the café in the afternoon, we only had a beer and cake. When we asked, the waitress couldn't tell us anything about the cakes in...the counter and asked several times whether we would pay separately or together. When we were still drinking beer, the waitress suddenly asked if we wanted to pay now. The cake was ok, the beer not that cold. In the early evening we sat down in the restaurant, which we only realized after a short time that it belonged together with the café, when we noticed that the staff was constantly walking back and forth. Although we were noticed by the staff and a menu was placed at the table next to us, no one came to take our order even after almost 10 minutes. We then went to the Balkan restaurant across the street and were served immediately. The beer was cold this time too.More

I ordered a ceasar salad with chicken but i got only two little peaces of chicken. There was literally no chicken in the salad. Is this a joke?????????

Friendly service by young waitress was best here. Seljanka and chicken salad were just average, have had much better versions of those. Prices ok, beer list finally rather limited and house white wine was also average.

Don’t waste your money and time here . Probably the worst meal I’ve had in years ! Burned chicken fillet , soggy Greek salad with Caesar dressing , pork schnitzel which was more like an oily slice of bread . The waitress was friendly though....More

Great place to meet friends. We were missing Texas and home and after having a great bowl of soup here one day decided to return to the cafe and try their hot wings. Must admit it was with a little risk because we didn’t figure...it was a common dish for Estonia but to our great surprise, they were as good as any you will find in any wing restaurant in the great state of Texas and for a good price! Wife had roasted chicken breast and potato wedges with a side of sweet and sour sauce which was good, too but try those spicy wings!More

Terrible food. Cheese platter consisted of peelable cheese snacks and couple of very basic cheeses, Chicken Kiev had unmelted butter inside, pork was dry as a desert. Only few beers on the menu were available, service was also slow. Waitress was friendly, but a bit...too buddy-buddy. Tomato soup and Seljanka soup were okay. Garlic bread was also okay. To be honest I can’t understand how such a restaurant can be on the main pedestrian street.More

Had some drinks on the terrace and just chilled for a couple of hours. The location is great since it is just next to the main plaza. Service was 5/5!

We had some drinks on the terrace, which was full, and the only waitress was remarkably fast and polite. We got everything quickly and the drinks were cold and tasty (and affordable).

This is a very good place for a quick comfortable lunch. The soup is very good. Good selection of tea. Centrally located.
