We reserved in advance. Unfortunately, there was a private event happening at the same time, so it took 1h for starters to arrive and another hour for the main course to arrive. The bread/butter that probably had to be brought before the starter arrived between...the starter/main course. The plates were chipped, glasses were not changed in between prosecco and rose. I had a date coming up and needed to pick where to go. Decided to go to Vilde ja Vine because it seemed nice but it was so much more. The servers took their time explaining different wines to us and recommended us what do...eat. We had the antipasti to share and i had the steak and my date had the chicken and they were amazing!! To finish our meal we had the gelato which is the best i’ve ever had. Looking forward to bringing her again and i can recommend this place very highly to everyone.More

Went out to drink and eat with friends. Picked Vilde & Vine and did not disappoint. Had mussels for starters. Definitely the best mussels I've ever had in Tartu. For the main course i had Sea bass which was seasoned really well. Terrace has probably...the best view you can get in a restaurant in Tartu. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Perfect if you want to have a couple of drinks with your friends in the summer. Will definitely visit again.More

Food was really good, made mostly from local farmers. Truly authentic local cuisine, with freshly baked bread and butter. Did like it very much :) )
Friendly service and nice athmospere. There was lot of space. Sea bass was great and grilled watermelon was a positive suprise. Drinks were good. I can recommend.
Both lamb and cod portions were rather tasteless and the cod somehow "watery". Terrace and service were really great - might come back for those if lovely atmosphere was enough.
Great atmosphere with an outstanding scenery. Absolutely delicious wine and the food was good for the price. The staff was good. Would definitely recommend for a romantic evening or a special occasion.
First visit at this restaurant and very satisfied with the service and food provided. Prices are decent and portions too. The only thing I would change is the French fries served with tagliata (beef). The server was truly helpful, knowledgeable about the menu and also...speaks fluent English. Located in charming old building, short walk away from Main Square(Raekoja Plats). Stylish and large place and they have interesting art pieces hangin on the walls, which you can buy too. We decided to take drinks only and their wine list was interesting and also...they had delicious drinks/cocktails. Service was really friendly, so definitely worth of stopMore

Still tied for my favourite restaurant in Tartu. I’ve eaten here many times, and the menu (which changes) always has great options. Yesterday we had perch, a burger (which is now even better than ever, due to some new sauce they’ve added), and some type...of fowl; and each was perfect. The house wines are also good, and everything is priced well. The new outdoor grill area is blessed with quite the grill-master. The sweet ladies working there are lovely to my dog, and bring him water; and in short, this restaurant is a must in Tartu.More

It's a very central location, with wonderful service and amazing food! All within good price.
