What a wonderful place! Such great staff and such great fun! My daughter lost her toy in the fountain and the evening ended in a quick dip in the cold water! Good laughs all round. Thankyou for a great evening.

I have never been so mistreated.... they asked a breastfeeding mother and 2 small children to give up their seats in order to give a reservation their seats instead of finding empty seats elsewhere!!!! After we complained they stopped serving us and we had to...wait 40 minutes just to get our check so when we asked to see manager she gave us 20% of our check and charged me for 3 beers when I only had 2.... no sorry or even excuses! Terrible Terrible service.....just wilful and rude!!!! Never Again!!!!More

After a dinner with good friends we decided to have one gin tonic. Night-cap or something. And we went to Willy and Rudy. And we stayed there an hour or even more. Great service and the the selection of gin's they have! Unfortunately the kitchen...was closed and I think I should go back when once again in Tartu! Til next GT guys ;)More

Extremely hungry after leaving home, ferry ride and drive from Tallinn. Really basic lunch (pelmeni and goat cheese salad), but everything was just like it should be. Good service, nice priced wine. Next time we have to test their dinner - and probably those drinks,...too.More

Good prices and great quality. If you are a friend of gin and tonic they have a huge menu on those and lovely selection of wines. Always happy to visit!

Whenever in Tartu, there is one go-to place for me - Willy&Rudy. The atmosphere is one of a kind in Tartu - it is modern but cozy. WR really offers you the best service, best drinks (they have wonderful bartenders and cocktail menu), and BEST...CHICKEN WINGS IN ESTONIA (probably ever). It is a place for celebrations or just for a few drinks after busy day. If you haven't visited, go now and try their Negroni and order their chicken wings for your friends - they will thank you ;)More

Visited as a guest in the Willy&Rudy restaurant for dinner just today. We were entertaining friends from Tallinn. I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waitress, Liisbeth. She had just the right balance of friendliness and...efficiency. This was the third time I ate here (I have been in Tartu for almost 5 years). First time I ate, for a starter I ordered the plate with baguette and different toppings for me and my friend to share. It was good, but I...don't like the fact that they change ingredients said in the menu without telling the client. This time they changed the avocado to something else, and after I asked where is the avocado they just said "oh we ran out of it". And the second time I ate there and ordered the mudcake with vailla ice cream for dessert, a chocolate muffin without ice cream came to the table. I think that was just the restaurants idea of a mudcake...and when asked about the ice cream, they said that they dont have it. Again, not actually a big deal but just annoying because those little things make you order these certain dishes from the menu, and I think that it is the waiters responsibility to say that "is it okay if we dont have ingredient x, do you still want to order it?". Other than that, the service is polite and nice,food is good and drinks are pretty and tasty! Also the interior of the place is nice and cozy.More

Chicken wings. Who really thinks about them? When you’re in Estonia you may not consider chicken wings as the pinnacle. But I will tell you this: these are the best chicken wings IN THE WORLD.
