Have been visiting this hotel for years, and it has always been a great pleasure to come there again! The hotel is really in the middle of the Old Town, where all the interesting cobblestone streets, wonderful restaurants and nice shops really are. The hotel has a lot of choise in the rooms, so be sure to pick a minisuite... More

Great Location.Magical Old Town. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to shopping mall, restaurants and nigh clubs. For contrast, antique working elevator )))

We got very early arrival in Tallinn (at 7 on Sat morning), so if You want see nice place and sit down for a while I would like to recommend Barons´s breakfast. Buffet breakfast will start at 8 and if You are not staying in this hotel You have to pay 13€/adult (50% for children). You can choose cheese, ham,... More

This is a nice place, I can't deny that. It has a nice old-time feeling in it. Lobby is very nice, bringing you back to the early 20th century. Service is good and things happen easily. Old elevator takes you up to your rooms. Rooms are quite tiny for big persons, but you manage to get around. Air conditioning is... More

We stayed 9 wonderful nights at the Hotel Barons. It was just as we expected. This hotel is a former bank building, which offered many unusual rooms and bath layouts. We expected "slightly" dated large rooms because the building gave that look. We were not disappointed. Afterall, a bank building from the 1900's wasn't set up to ba a hotel.... More

Before I came here, I had read on Trip Advisor that the revellers in the bars in the neighbouring streets could keep you awake until the early morning. I did ask for a room in the quiet side, but, that said, double glazing set into walls so thick is severely noise protective. The proof is that when we left at... More

This Hotel is a block away from the Old City Square, there are great restaurants within walking distance, lot's of very good souvenir shops, very high end shops and within walking distance of many excellent attractions. I loved Tallinn. Almost everyone spoke English which was very helpful to me and quite a surprise. The Hotel had a very helpful staff... More

We stayed one night in Barons hotel. The location is great, in the middle of the old town...but, if you book a 4 star hotel, you might want some quality. The room was quite ok, but the bathroom wasn't. Toilet seat was so loose that I was afraid I'm going to fall on the floor with it. Also the breakfast... More

This hotel is located in the Old section, but not in the very touristy heart of the Old town. Easy walk to the center. Wi fi was good, we left early and they packed a Breakfast Box for us, the building is very stately, with an old fashion elevator. The rooms are nice and comfortable but not luxurious.

We have booked three standard double rooms pretty much in advance. We drove from Riga at abt 9 pm on the 3rd of May and entered the hotel. The guy at the reception put his eyes down and said that one of three rooms would have twin beds. We said, well, not pleasant but fine as we were tired. Then... More
