Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A very vintage decoration, charming, The perfect atmosphere for a break, cake or sandwiches with some hot chocolate or coffee! The cakes are delicious!

Very good cafe mocca, and there specialty warm chocolate is an hit. But not for people on an diet. Cosy place, maybe a bit narrow space between tables. Unique furniture.

Sometimes these places somehow hidden from the main street can be real gems, but this cafe is just a tinsel. The place is small and interior nice, but it's not cozy when every square meter is filled with tables and chairs. There's no service at...the table, so you have to order from the cash register and as the 2 waitresses serving food and taking orders at the same time, then of course there forms a huge line with 25+ minutes of waiting to just make a order. At least the cakes were decent and well made.More

This is so atmospheric place. We took hot chocolate, which was real melted hot chocolate with milk. Also we took some piece of chocolate which was quite tasteful. Beautiful little place.

The place looks great, neatly tucked away on side street with cute little artistic shops. The orders are taken inside, at least when we were there but it is not a problem at all if you having a coffee in such a nice setting with...French music creating an ambince and good cake in front of youMore

This place did not disappoint. We loved the quirkiness of it both inside and out, and it had such a lovely feel to the place too. Staff were lovely, and service was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our hot chocolate, and the cake we had was...the best we sampled in Tallinn (and we sampled quite a few!). It really is a hidden gem.More

A vosy little place but wintertime it might be too cosy and cramped. The chocolate and coffeee was excellent though. The decor was interesting

I ran into the cafe on a recent trip to Tallinn, espresso was great! the cake was good. Outdoor seating in this alley is quaint and comfortable. The day we were there a 3 piece ensemble was playing classical music outside. All in all a...nice stop for a refresher.More

Hot chocolate was disappointing and was more like a hot cocoa. Staff only justified their quality saying it’s their way to make it. Furniture inside looks quite tired.

A chocolatier that is trying to do everything…it shows. Menu of this place has over 80 items. This is far too many to properly serve guests. Service is indifferent and wait time at noon can be easily 20+ minutes. It isn’t worth it. They need...a second counter: one for take away and one for dine or eat in. Perhaps, they can offer a standardized menu with just a few selections?More

Was a bit disappointed after reading the reviews of this place. First time it was shut despite opening times listed on here. Made it next evening but found indifferent staff rather than friendly. Place is quirky but feels a bit old & grubby. We both...chose the chocolate cake which was pretty heavy and not as good as other desserts or cake we’d had elsewhere. Would possibly been nicer to sit outside but it was too chilly and imagine it to be great for hot chocolate in winter.More

This place was such a pleasant surprise! I came with a friend and Telle was working the whole place all by herself (food/drinks/etc) and doing an AMAZING Job at it! I always say You Get The Service according to your own energy and aura at...that moment! That's why I don't read reviews of others, but You Do ☺️, keep that in mind! I had a coffee in the morning, the goat cheese sandwish for lunch (I came back 😬🥰) and a cheesecake with tea (fresh from a farm nearby!!!) later another day... I loved it all and the place is so peaceful too! Little lovely shops around! You Must get a box of chocolates too!!! 😍🥰🥳More

The place and the views aee great but the service is a bit moody and not welcoming. Coffee is 7/10, for the place like this I expected more.
