We stopped in for drinks and snacks with our kids. It was crowded and there was live music and dancing, which was loud up front. We settled into a quieter table in the back. The service was friendly and good. Food was pretty good too....We had the Panzanella salad, some sort of sausage plate, the traditional garlicky rye bread, steak fries, the ice cream trio, and the apple crisp. If you order the rye bread, plan on not kissing anyone later, but it was good. The drinks didn’t disappoint, but were not memorable to me. I actually can’t remember what we drank. All in all, a good stop in old town.More

Fun, Bavarian-style beer hall. Not recommended for craft beer geeks, but the Stout and Marzen were both decent. We didn't eat here, but the food did look OK. I can say that our waitress was very nice and provided excellent service. Still, I'd say this...is more of a fun place to go for the atmosphere more than anything else.More

Been here a few times as visit Tallinn often. The experience this time was not good. The waitress started speaking to us in Russian, we asked if she spoke English or Estonian but her answer was oh you're English so she then carried on in...Russian. Luckily my wife does speak Russian. We were then told it would be 20 minutes wait (we only wanted drinks) and if we didn't like it then we can leave. So we did. Nice cheerful girl!More

We went here for dinner. What a rubbish welcome. We were still standing up, taking our coats off when the waitress asked us for our order. Obviously not, as we had not looked at the menu. When we did order and the food came, we...found the food bland and not pleasant. When we finished the meal, we weren't offered to see the dessert menu; she just got us the bill. We found the waitress to be quite rude. We would never recommend this place. This place is very expensive.More

Only 2/7 beers from the menu indeed available. Terrible staff. Definitely not worthy at all. There are better options in town

I had the bratwurst and sour kraut which was nice way to warm up on a cool, rainy day. The three milk cake was good too. They had some nice choices for beer too. It is a touristy German style beer hall.

The beer is good but the food we ate certainly was not. A Caesar salad should be chicken breast on a bed of salad with croutons and bacon pieces on top sprinkled with strong grated cheese. What did we get? Salad and on top of...that sliced reconstituted chicken, two thin pieces of toast and some mild grated cheese. I don't know how other reviewers can rate this place as having good food. But maybe they liked the other things on the menu like big pig knuckles on a plate which I saw people eating. That looked disgusting and very unappertising!More

Wouldn't recommend it to my friends. I had Bratwurst with sourkraut, which was cold. The sausage was ok, the portion could be a bit more.
