Good food but service was SLOW although we had a reservation. 1 hour from the start of our reservation before we ever got to even order food, 2 hours before we saw any.

The underground part is a really nice old-school looking place with great cocktails. The bartender really knows his stuff and we had a great time testing and trying stuff from his upcoming cocktail menu.
The good: - food was tasty and had nice latin vibe - athmosphere is retro & cosy - kitchen was open until 22:30 on Sunday - prices were good The bad: - it was hot inside and probably no air conditioning
Unfortunately can’t recommend. My burger was burned and when and the waiter was really rude to when I commented and did’nt appologise. Worst food I’ve ever had in Tallinn 🙁
The 9 euro burger was same time burned and cold. Service was BAD. Never again. We were excited about miljo nyt after that I prefer Hesburger!!
The place has two floors, bistro style eatery upstairs and an underground cocktail bar. Food is good, dining room will get busy and loud during peak hours. If you prefer drinks only, try the underground and if unable to choose from the menu, definitely consult...with the bar staff, they know their stuff and make excellent recommendations.More
Nice place, at New Years eve it was full of foreigners (including us). International atmosphere, English speeking staff. We made a reservation for Frank Underground, but on that Evening, it was open just from midnight, thus we had a table at Frank bistro side. It...was fully booked, so - sitting on the top level was quite challanging because of the lack of a fresh air. Hot party it was :) Atmosphere was nice, friendly staff (2 waitresses and bartender) tried to do their best to fulfill all the needs and orders of overcrouded cafe. Food was good, delicious, but I could wish for more fresh additives - for chicken and salmon and protein bowl, there was nothing. So - if you enjoy salads, vegetables - don't forget to take them extra from menu! There is vegetarian and even vegan options in menu.More
Really good place. Had a wonderful dinner. Everyone was very nice. The schnitzel and salmon were delicious! Nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend it and will come back in the future.
We dropped in for a beer one evening and had a really friendly reception, plus a good beer, so we went back to eat the next night and the food was really good, with more good local beers. Sorry Hilde G, but I suspect you...were just unlucky and had a one-off bad experience !More
Not good at all. Cold food. We left without eating. Worst place in Tallinn. We’re not going back ever again. STAY AWAY
This is a little different as a dinner venue but good. Had an excellent meal , nice wine and reasonable service. I say reasonable because the main course came prior to starters ! Recommend the peri peri prawns as a starter lovely salmon steak. Good...place to visitMore
We had just arrived in Estonia and wanted something fresh! What we loved about the menu was that there were ample choices, but also, everything was really fresh. This is a farm to table establishment. The service was perfect and the ambiance was warm and...friendly. Will definitely visit again.More
Love the vintage vibe of this place! If you are into cocktails (and value quality over quantity) it's a must visit! And it's right in middle of old town.
Great food with a touch of adventure. Service was as friendly as it gets. The restaurant itself has a bit of a bohemian touch but not taking it too far. If your travels take you to the Tallinn old town, I recommend to take a...step away from the road most traveled and wonder into this little pearl of a restaurant.More
Frank Bistro is a cute, hip bistro on one of the smaller side streets in Tallinn. They had some good vegetarian options for my mother so I managed to convince her to go try it out (she is very particular about food). As soon as...we walked in we were greeted and seated by the friendly staff. For starters we ordered the vegetarian meze selection 8,80€ and the piri piri prawns 8,80€. The vegetarian meze was bountiful and apparently very good. My piri piri prawns were amazing. The prawns were cooked to perfection and the sauce was to die for. It was so flavorful and delicious. For our mains we had the Buddha bowl 8,50€ and the entrecôte 14,00€ (which I forgot to order a side for). My mom was really happy with her bowl and said it had real depth and flavor. My steak was delicious. I especially loved the red peppercorns that added a nice spark to the dish (usually I'm not a fan). I had a small pitcher of Frank's pink, their spin on an Arnold Palmer which was really, really, really good. Service was super nice and attentive. They also had a lunch special so all the food was -20% All in all I would love to come back. 10/10 would recommend this. Much better than most of the over priced and crowded tourist spots in the old town.More
