Our story began in 2014 in Tallinn when our passion for cooking combined with fresh local produce and respect for all authentic recipes have resulted in one of the best and famous burgers in town. The restaurant was around a 20 minute walk from the old town so we were a little unsure about visiting but we are glad we did and it was worth the walk. We came midday around 1pm and were seated straight away. The server came over to take our order after a few minutes. They have a good selection of drinks and burgers on offer. We ordered a bbq beef burger, chicken burger a portion of seasoned fries to share, and a drink each. The chicken burger comes with cheese normally and my partner can’t have cheese due to an intolerance the server was happy to go through the options and offered a plain chicken burger in a bun which she was happy with.
The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was very good in terms of taste and quality. The fries were a little too salty but were still nice and no extra seasoning was needed. You do get a good portion size of chips and with a burger as well was enough the chips was enough for us to share. After our food came we overheard the server say to someone else it would be a 30 minute wait for food so we are glad we arrived when we did.
The layout of the restaurant is good with wooden tables plenty of seating downstairs plus they have more seating upstairs along with toilets. The total for our meal was €41 including a service charge which was good value for money.

We ordered the miniburgers, a classic beefburger as well as garlic and Parmesan chili fries with Lime and Chipotlemayo. Everything was very delicious and fresh. The burgers were served medium-well, which fit perfectly. The berry button with three craft beers on tap was a good addition. The service (at our table) was friendly, attentive and competent. At the high tables you could sit amazingly well. Prices are reasonable to what is offered. A small criticism: with the Parmesan chili fries, the chili sauce was too dominant, there was not much left to taste of fries and Parmesan. We would not order this dish again, but otherwise would like to come back and try more burgers and beers.

Family of 4 who ate each spring burger and pommes frites of different varieties. Balanced, good flavors and good raw materials, clear grills from coal grill. Perfect medium fried meat with good thickness and juicyness, served in excellent toasted brioche breads. We paid about 100€ for food + a drink for 2 adults and 2 teens. We were stabbed, hadn't ready neither forrite nor dessert. The only thing that pulled down was that we didn't get the food served at the same time, but spread out over 8-10 minutes.

Prepare yourself for BIG portion sizes - the sloppy fries with beef (for one) and the chili burger (for the other) were fantastic, and the shared sideorder fries were just right in their freshness and crispiness. Just at the limits of how much two people can fit in their stomach. Definitely consider starting by sharing portions, and then order more later if needed 😄 as the service was both attentive, friendly and fast!

We tried different burgers - one with beef and one with chicken - both very tasty. But I liked the sweet potato fries the best! The food is served quickly (although it wasn't very full when we visited) and the staff is friendly. For two burgers, fries, limonade and tea we paid around 40 eur.

Went there for the first but definitely not the last time. The burger I ate was delicious and the french fries with garlic and herbs were even better. The only thing that bothered me was that the fries were brought to the table almost ten minutes earlier than the burger. The staff were friendly.

We had such a good time here and it was worth the walk on a freezing cold evening, though by the time we got there we would have had to go in whatever it looked like as we were so cold. Anyway it was lovely - a really warm welcome we shall remember with a lovely friendly waiter who chatted with us for a while when we ordered our food. Such good English as well! The burgers were great and I had sweet potato fries, which is a favourite. Really didn't need a dessert but had cheesecake which was the best I'd had in a while (I'm a cheesecake connoisseur). It was all so good, I'd have happily eaten there a second evening if we had stayed longer.

Where having a quick snack and drink pitstop with family. Food was good. Our service was also fine. But during the time (max 1h) we sow many people leaving, after sitting in a table waiting 10 or more minutes, just somebody will notice them and bring menu. Shame. Restaurant was not even half full.

The best burger I’ve ever had! We were 2 couples and all the 4 of us agreed that these burgers were the best we had ever. They’re more expensive than other places but by the minute we took the first bite we forgot all about the prices. It’s totally worth it and I wish I could eat there every day 🤤
The experience of this balanced delicious taste is something unforgettable.
The personnel also was very kind, helpful and was suggesting plates. I can tell the service in general in Tallinn is a bit slow but there was right on spot.

My wife and I decided to try burger factory a tried. A long story short, glad we did! I order the three mini burgers and my wife ordered the Smokey bacon burger. They were juicy, tasteful, with a sesame bun, with Parmesan fries on the side and they were delicious awesome! I/we highly recommend this place and also the service was excellent!

Nothing happens without a reservation. House burger + hot burger + normal and sweet potato fries + mayo + ketchup (all extra) very tasty. Malbec Bio was a disappointment because you couldn't try it beforehand and the year it was made isn't stated on the menu. Avoid it!
Great atmosphere, despite the smell of grease on your clothes because of the open kitchen.

This is definitely the best burger place in whole Tallinn and Baltics too. I choose the burger trio, and my friend choose a burger with rolled meat filled with cheese. Also some fries with chedar and onions and beer to wash everything down :)
It was so delicious, meat was very juicy, flavors well balanced. If you can't decide which burger you want (and it is ultra hard to do there) you can try three diferent flavours at one time. 10/10.
If you want to be at more quiet environment - go on the second floor. One portion of fries is enough for two people. And the coffee - they served it in a coffee pot, so you cant pour it yourself.

I say to owner why you do this to me, why you charge me not only or ketchup but also for water. My friend also went and owner was very narcissistic. How dare he treat customers like 2nd class citizens. 2,5e for ketchup is ridiculous especially when you give it without notifying the customer that you charge for it. Smh

1. Cost of the ketshup is 1,5 euros not 2,5.
2. Burger Factory is 8 y. old and never ever charged from TAP wather.
3. Owner was not able to talk to you and to you friends becouse he was on holiday on the day you have been treated like a 2nd class citizen, Sorry but we love every customer who visits us, even if they are not happy with something.

The restaurant is located outside the historic center in an area where there are many bars (just after the ferry terminal). Courteous staff and children's play area available. Quality meat and possibility of gluten-free variants. I count in the Estonian average. Absolutely recommended
