We were wandering the streets of Tallinn on a hot day looking for somewhere less touristy for lunch and were drawn to this cafe by its billboard bicycle on the street. Tucked away, unobtrusive and an oasis of quiet and peace this cafe is worth...searching out. The food was delicious, the staff friendly and we loved the atmosphere. Good views as well. Definitely recommended.More

Most tourists walk only the main routes of the old town and so they do not find this cozy café. Nice view from the castle hill. This is a really good place for family with kids - but it can also be a little loud.Food...is just fantastic and really value for money. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Lovely place to have a break.More

We stopped for a morning coffee break (and then rode out a rainstorm). It is very quiet and absolutely not touristy, in a quiet corner near the Canadian Embassy, and next to a terrace with an excellent view (with no tourists). It is part of...a children's theatre so it is kid-friendly. The food is all fresh (our cake was straight out of the oven!) and local and home-made, and very reasonably priced. Our only problem was getting the bill when we actually did want to leave (we observed other people with the same issue, so we even started to ask quite early...). I would definitely come back.More

Looking for a place for a break with no other tourists our tour guide took us to this place. Wondering it was the right place for us since we have no kids: it is the coffee corner of children playhouse and theater. So anyone travelling...with kids will love this place which allows noices and movements around. Beverages were served more in containers which fit more the flavour of kids but adults. It was nice and we could try some local beverages.More

Very lavish atmosphere, artistic but yet comfortable and with an extra warm heart for children. Only small choice of food but with a preference for local ideas and at affordable prices. Thanks to the hideaway location, not so crowded as the square next to the...dome nearby! => great to relax from all the tourists around!More

Arriving at three a clock (closing time at 4), the cafe was quiet, but the staff were willing to serve us a delicious meal. We chose fried herrings and a chicken salad. The limonade served was local estonian brand, very tasty. The whole experience was...more geniune than those busy tourist restaurants around the corner. The waitresses were wearing patch work aprons and the place was decorated with hand made textiles. And yes, there is free Wi-Fi.More

This is a really good place for family with kids. We found it by chance during a walking day in Tallinn. It's quaint with random house like tables set in a room which doubles as a small theatre, complete with small stage and lighting. Staff...are really friendly and helpful. We had drinks and cakes and all were excellent and fairly priced. It's on the far edge of the old town away from the port but worth a walk. There is an attic room for kids with a secret passage to the lower floor our grandsons loved it.More

In port on a cruise, completed a city tour and walking through the town. Found this little friendly cafe just off the main walk ways and enjoyed a very nice pasta. Local beer also good, along with a coffee much better than the big chains.
