Staeters were just perfect! Best pasta I've ever had! Pizza was also great! Service was kind. We will definitely come back!

Service was really BAD! When wanted to reserve a table via telephone, we were hung up before saying Hi. When we rereached the restaurant, the waiter brought the menus in 15 minutes. We wanted to order pizza, but at the time we got to ordering,...she already said that they’re out of pizza dough. When you are a pizza place, you should mention sth like this beforehand. Ordered a caesar salad and pasta instead - the pasta was okay but salad consisted a cold egg (who puts an egg in Caesar salad?!). Overall the experience was bad as we had a comparison with this place a year before when everything was very good.More

I have visited Pomo (the one in the Ulemiste City) countless times over the last few years. Today decided that I wont go and eat there again, although they have really good pizzas. Last week I went there, the place was full, and only one...waitress was working, I waited 10 minutes but she didn't manage to bring the menu to me, just left the place. Today went again, and next to the cash same waitress, asked her if I could order here, she said "no, please take a seat and I will come". I said "hope we don't have to wait long", she replied "I hope too, lets see"... I shared my opinion that it is not appropriate reply from a waitress, if customers need to wait long then waitress politely must inform them in advance, she said she will try her best. We sat, and waited 15 minutes, yes FIFTEEN MINUTES and still no orders taken. By the way this is not a fancy 5 star restaurant, it is a place where people go for lunch and want to get their food as fast as possible, not joking meanwhile waitress came to our table to clean it up but still didn't take the order. Then I walked next to cash again and asked her when she will take our orders, next to her the manager appeared, she said "waitress will come now", I said "we have been waiting too long" to show my frustration, she replied "but she is alone don't you see", I said "then find one more waitress, why you put a lot of pressure to one waitress", she replied "it is corona times do you know how hard it is, do you own a restaurant"... Then I told her "please then ask your waitresses to inform all about this in advance, tell customers politely that it is crowded and they are alone, orders might take time and they are sorry about the inconvenience etc." she ignored and said "if you complain then email me, I don't have time now to listen this.." And it is OVER for me. I love pizza and even if on earth POMO will be the last place who offers pizza, I will not go and eat there. I really hope people stop ignoring these kind of attitude and service so that such restaurant managers / waitresses understand that customer satisfaction is the most important thing!More

I have eaten here few times and the pizza has always been very good. The thin base and edge is soft, not hard and crusty. Taste is very good. The building itself is new and the location also very good. You can watch the centre...of Tallinn through the glass or eat outside in the summer. Nice interior and exterior. Helpful serving person.More

We ordered beef carpaccio as starter and pastas, starter came after pastas and beef was frozen, not melted and had no taste. Also we ordered virgin bloody mary wich was in the tiny glass with huge amount of ice cubes with some tomato juice and...no flavor at all. Service-no smiling, no interest how food tasted, do we need something more as coffee for example and so on. We are pretty sure that it was for us first and last time to visit this restaurant.More

Terrible slow service in a very understaffed restaurant. Had to find myself a table, clear it and after waiting for ages, got myself a menu. After a long wait managed to order. Pizza came quickly and was very tasty. There were other guests who experienced...the same, just waited and waited and then helped themselves. Just hire more staff and train the ones you already have.More

Tammsaare Park doesn't say much to tourists, but it's the large park next to famous Viru hotel and near Old Town's main (entrance) street, so I guess most of the visitors in Tallinn has been there. Pomo is new Italian restaurant in stylish restaurant and...next to Opera. Safe menu full of tasty Italian favourites, nice drinks and cocktails and youthful, friendly service. Especially their large terrace is really niceMore

Nice food. Nice atmosphere. Waiter was very polite and pleasant. Super fast serving! Taking 1 star out for bad knives and loud music outside.

I've eaten at just about every Italian establishment in Tallinn and this is by far the best. The open only way this meal could have been better was if I was actually in Italy. The staff were incredibly accommodating and even made me a custom...almond lemon cocktail wich was delicious. There was nothing I didn't like about the place. It has a fun an playful atmosphere with vespas and statues of David and is just an all round great place to spend lunch. It was a bit pricey but its the kind of pricey that you leave thinking "yeah it was a lot but it was worth every penny". Best Italian place in all of Tallinn.More

Really good pizza’s for the whole family, even kids pizza. Also the antipasto plate was delicious. Can recommend highly!

While the food is quite good the service is horrible. You have to wait for everything. So what is supposed to be a good experience it turns into a nightmare. The 3 shrimps of my 11 EUR pasta where also good... Thanks

Definitely my new go-to local Italian restaurant in Tallinn! I have been multiple times since the beginning of Summer this year and I make it a point to try something new each time I visit and I have not yet been disappointed with a meal...there. The portion size is just perfect with regard to the amount of food and the price. Service is timely, efficient and very friendly. I will most certainly keep returning :)More
