Luxurius and excellent environment, great menu and masterclass dishes with excellent tastes. Must visit.

Had the 4-dish favourites menu with matching wines. Awesomely tastefull and delicious food, with two extra in-between servings, and plenty of wonderfull bakery. The wine selection (Austrian, 2xFrench, Italian) was ofcourse great matches for each serving, with an impressive Cremant brut rose for dessert. Espresso...(though not super hot) and sweets, just to finish all up. The waiters are attentive, fast, knowledgeable, accomodating, and highly responsive. You will not need more here. Overall stylish atmosphere (not high-nose) with (ofcourse) Tchaikovsky’s eminent music in the background. Very poor service. The service quality is not existing. Food is good but service is something that makes very poor experience. Sad to see that 5 star hotel have a such poor service restaurant

i had been to this restaurant before. But this time however I had the bad idea to take the tasting menu. Well, the portions on this menu are half of those they serve on the a la carte menu. This is a bad surprise because...it is not written in the menu and was not told by the waiter. Basically the portions are amuse bouche. i don't think i will be back.More

Very disappointing experience with subpar service. Our table was not ready at the time of our arrival, we quite rudely were offered to wait. It took at least 15 minutes to be seated with no apologies or aperitif offered. Sadly, doesn’t deserve the reputation or...Michelin star rating.More

The autumn 6 course degustation menu is a real peace of art, Chef's jewelry work ! All was so perfect, so neat and elagant in terms of fantastic flavour, choice and conbination of ingredients, mix of different textures, forms and colours. Very high level of...dining, fantasy, elagance and excellent perfomance. Special thanks to our waitress Renate who was very helpful, she explained to us in details each course of degustution and kept our wine glasses always full. I wanted to splurge on my last night in Tallinn. In all honesty, I could not get in to 180 - bad timing or solo status; further, I was a bit concerned about some of the negative reviews of Tchaikovsky. Speed bumps and worries aside...- I had a fabulous meal with excellent service outside in the lovely patio area. All courses were ample, complex and above all delicious. I added a caviar course with martini. My serving team was absolutely great. I was delighted with the meal - and wine pairings.More

The restaurant, atmosphere, service and Menu Degustation 6 was perfect experience to our family. Beautiful hall, peaceful background music and polite service made luxurious ground to the high-class menu. The menu consists of six different portions, but we got also three small "chefs greetings" between...them. Beautiful small portions offered us real "fireworks of tastes". The waiter gave us good propositions of wine. My favorite was "Steak tartare with artisan flavored mayonnaise, egg yolk gel and brioche" and "Lobster bisque with lemon aioli and grape sautée". I recommend warmly this restaurant and menu. Note that Degustation menu of 6 is available only in the evenings and to entire table companies until 9 PMMore

The waiter looked looked deeply troubled as we asked for a reservation the next evening. After careful search, he finally agreed to "At eight then...maybe." As we arrived promptly the next evening the dining hall was less than half full. It stayed that way for...the duration of our long dinner. The first waitress we encountered had no problem concealing her lack of enthusiasm for our arrival. Fortunately, the second one had a more welcoming tone, although there was still a sense of social distancing. The food was excellent, and well presented, as one could expect given the price level. We also got some good advice on one of the wines. The best part was the desserts! Real hits, both of them. Part of the up-nosed attitude of this establishment is the dress code: "smart casual." We did make an effort in that regard, but were rewarded with a parade of torn jeans, shorts, baggy T-shirts and flip-flops during the evening. A bit of a dissonance in the "Symphony of Russian Cuisine" that was advertised.More
