We reserved the table for coffee and cake in one duggy October evening, but in the cafe was warm and cosy. The interior was stylish and dignified, the waitress friendly and helpful. We tasted a oringe-almond cake and enjoyed that.

We had dinner night out with friends in Cafe Grand. Service was good and food was great. Cosy romantic atmosphere with cool paintings on wall. Head chef himself came out to talk to us which was very nice.

Nice atmosphere, good coffee and very tasty banoffee pie. We can recommend this lovely cafe in an old stylish building.

Beautiful old building and a lovely room, however, the restaurant was sub par. We wandered in after checking the reviews on Trip Advisor and should have left when we saw the restaurant was empty on a July evening. One of our party was vegetarian and...the restaurant advertised as “vegetarian” friendly. For most restaurants with no imagination that means “pasta and vegetables”. We asked to speak with the chef to see if perhaps he could do something a little more creative and all we got was attitude. We should have left then and there. Three of our party ordered the pasta with either salmon, shrimp or vegetables and it was entirely predictable. A rich butter cheese alfredo sauce with overcooked salmon, overcooked vegetables and overcooked shrimp that started to congeal even before it was placed on the table. To be fair, the one person who ordered the duck enjoyed his dish. Appetizers were equally uninspired. Escargot that was rubbery and nothing but garlic and butter. The goat cheese salad was nice. Maybe it was an off night, maybe the chef with the attitude was very junior but at any rate dropping a hundred euros for this left everyone feeling a little angry and a little disappointed. Personally, I will never return as there are many other choices that look at lot more appealing in Pärnu. PS the waitress was very nice and very attentive.More

Amazing place. Atmosphere is elegant and grand. It has a different style of every other restaurant in Pärnu city. Also there is beautiful art expedition and delicious food. Highly recommend.

Cafe Grand is one of the most beautiful cafes in Pärnu. It has an atmosphere of a cafe as it has traditionally been. Its interior has links to art nouveau - and it is beautiful with fresh flowers, paintings on the walls and a piano....Very often you can meet the owner - handsome man who is greeting the guests. They have a talented cook. The salads are very tasty, also main dishes, not to speak about the cakes which are really delicious. It is a good place just to have a coffee and cake or lunch or dinner or to celebrate an important day or event.More

Nice silent atmosphere, you can talk without loud music. Retro design. Good service. Good food. A bit higher prices. Very nice desserts and cakes !!! 1h free parking in front of the Cafe door. Enough space even for big groups.

I was surprised how nice this place was. This restaurant has 1920-s decor, candles and rose at every table. As it was New Year´s Eve they had live music - a pianist played well-known pieces of music and he was good at it. Unfortunately food...was not that good. I ordered beef fillet and waitress didn´t even ask how I want it. It was cooked through and I hate it! Don´t order that. Overall, in the future I would visit this place only for cake and tea.More

The cafe is decorated in classic style with a touch of old grandeur! The cake were popular with the guest. Serves a gathering ground before and after town walks.
