We had family lunch at the restaurant. Me and my mother have ordered Salmon soup, which was very good. For the second dish we have ordered Meat with vegetables and baked potatoes. Potatoes were absolutely raw inside and it was not possible to eat. The...waitress asked how did we liked it, I said that potato is row and not cooked and meat is good. She left and didn’t apologised and didn’t offer anything or didn’t discounted the bill for the mistake the chef 👩‍🍳 did. Advice for management: To improve standards of cooking and service. Advice for long term business development: For the restaurant that has inspired by the name of the Tsar Nikolai the 2, to improve interior design to be more relevant to the place, because inside it looked like an English pub. Thank you. Kind regards,More

Slow and unfriendly service. We waited for more than 15 minutes at a table and no waiter even looked at us or brought menus. Stay away.

The restorant is located in the city centre and interior is not fanzy, but comfortable. For famililies with kids, it is one of the few plazes with little kids corner! The lamb and pancakes looked outstanding and tasted as good. I only wonder, why it...was so empty...perhaps because the holiday season is over, but I like the place!More

We wanted to sit outside but they refused to serve us there in September. Ok, we gave our order in the bar and pre-paid and all was fine. We were warm and safe from germs outside with the heaters on. The portions were huge and...the food tasted good. There was too much of everything on our plates.More

Visited during evening, the restaurant was not that crowded and we had to wait to get the menus so long we went to pick them up ourselves. Cheap eats, basic food, not very exciting. Pelmenis were ok. Fish was ok, somewhat tasteless. House wines are...good. Good place if you want to go to a “safe” place with predictable dishes. Friendly staff even though slow.More

We had two pasta dishes there and both were delicious. They were big enough and hard to finish. Good place for a lunch.

It took for ever to have someone clear and clean our table, then for ever to have someone take our order, and for ever to get our food. Our server was very rude. Our meals were passable, nothing special.

Food was not good quality and made from frozen products. Also amosphere is not the best, waitress working only few days and mixed order for drinks, do not know about local beers, only SAKU. In Parnu there are better places to visit fir better quality...food, do not recommend.More
