Ordered chicken wings as first course- got legs instead, brought at the same time as our main course porkchop x 2, except they were not the same. When asked why they are different… didn’t really understand the answer since I was told they are the...same, just mine was burnt…?? (The meat, for some reason, was crusted in mine). Based on the pic it was supposed to be with potatoes but it came with French fries instead. After sending it back I got the “right” portion but they served me the fries from my first order so they were not fresh anymore. The waiter said, as I asked for a manager, that he was not available. He also did not know how I could reach the manager or make a complaint. So nothing went as it should have, the customer service was offensive and we did not get the food we wanted nor any discount or even a “sorry”. Had the worst experience of my life here so … avoid at all cost. Oh and the food was not good either.More

Kuursaal's building is one of Pärnu's landmarks and located near seaside. We decided to drop by for drinks. Service was friendly and fast, because on a rainy Wednesday evening there were only couple of other customers. Tables outside also, so must be nice place to...watch people passing by during high season.More

We ordered chicken fillet and oven pork... it was old and microwaved and they charged for it a lot of money... we thought we are going to have nice indoor bar food but ended up with horrible food and service. It was part of the...festival area and they excused them self with festival when festival had very nice food for half of the money we paid for our food from “kitchen freshly made”. Straight after we received the food, we didn’t touch the food - we asked money back but they refused and manager/owner didn’t have time to talk with us. One guy game to us and introduced him self as a manager, when I asked his name then suddenly he wasn’t manager and he refused to give his name.More

Kuursaal is over one hundred years old, most likely being the biggest pub in Estonia. This was the second time I visited the restaurant, after seven years. As I remembered their portions were quite big and I was a bit full, I only ordered a...drink. Sitting there, admiring the restaurant, walking around and taking pictures. A stately, magnificent pub!More

My family travels to Parnu ever summer for a holiday and most years we go to Kuursall as has been a tradition for the last 5 or so years. This year however, I was a little less thrilled. Our waitress was very nice and welcoming...but as there was quite a few people, we did not get menus for around 30mins. But we were happy to wait so when it arrived, we asked for everything to be brought out together if possible. My younger brothers plate was given around 20mins before ours and the main meals took over 45mins to come. Although the food was very nice, I have to say that there was a certain lack of choice in that if you have been once, there isn't really anything else you want to try. The prices are quite fair and the food well cooked overall. One of us had the chicken covered in cheese. Although the portion was large and there were many chips, the cheese on top of the chicken was badly cooked and tasted like burnt oil. I, on the other hand was pleased with my chicken pasta which was aesthetically pleasing, served in a bowl shaped as a boat. Overall, a pleasant experience but personally, I think it was a bit too slow and not enough option on the menu to cater for different tastes.More

The menu is quite short but enough and dishes were tasty. The staff behaviour was fine. There was not much people so they served us fast. The place is huge and well decorated like a pub. Toilet was apparently clean however it smelled terribly. That's...the worst thing I can tell.More

This is a wonderful pub in the traditional way. We entered because some wanted to have a hot meal, some salads, and desserts. We enjoyed its interior (simple and cosy), fast service and friendly faces of the staff. We liked the food and its tastes....The price of everything was reasonable. We will go back to experience an evening with live performance and dancing.More

Kuursaal is a huge restaurant suitable for beer and snacks in my opinion. We happened to visit them just before a concert or such and we felt a bit rushed out of there. Though the snacks we had were plenty and greasy as they should.

We visited Kuursaal on early afternoon on a very very warm day. At a time restaurant was almost empty and the service was friendly and prompt. We got best mojito ever: it was large, rustic and contained probably a bouquet of mint. We ate salad...and sausages and were happy with the food also, though the kitchen seemed have a bit slow with their service. Prices were not bad at all.More

You can wait for 1,5 hours for your ordered meal and receive a bad attitude from waitress. In addition to all they can charge you more then actual bill is.

We had pork leg for dinner . The portion was very good, tasty and enough to eat. Decoration is nice, large terraces. The young, nice waitress was very sweet and polite though she didn't know if the vine is red or rose, finally we got...the right bottle. Dinner was very good and price was reasonable. We were sitting in the front terrace and noticed that many people turned around, left away because of the very loud music. It was Sunday evening about seven o'clock. The music was really very loud, that's why, we went to another place for dessert.More

A big hall not far from the beach. Really authentically decorated. We were a group of six people, including two children. Even kid's portions took some 40 minutes to arrive, let alone ours. Staff was quite friendly, but waiting was really annoying. That said, when...the food did arrive, it was absolutely superb and well served.More
