Beautiful setting for an educational restaurant. The food and the price are ok but the view is stunning. Please tell the students in the kitchen and the ones who serve that a starter is prepared and served BEFORE the main course!!! Last year we got...the main course first both in June and August and also now. This building was built in 1898 and is the only remaining resort standing today. This was where the rich came to enjoy the seaside but since it was a resort it has operated as a cinema and cafe. I am not sure if it still...operates as i could not get in during my visit in May, but it certainly is the outstanding building on the promenade.More

We wanted to have drinks at Saturday evening, but it was not so easy that we thought. We order few beers and few cocktails and even if the place was almost empty we waited our drinks for 45 minutes. There were a lot of waiters...so it is hard to say why service was so slow.More

I loved this place. The food was great and the service was very quick and friendly. When visiting Haapsalu,definetely need to have alunch here. They have wide range of craft beers. LOVE IT!!

Stopped here for a drink with the kids. Plenty of tables and gorgeous views. Absolutely stunningly quaint oldy-worldy interior. The food menu also looked delicious.

All we got in 25 minutes was the menu. I understand, that it is difficult to get professional waiters for a short season, but they could atleast breaf staff they get. Under every standard.

I wish I could review this place for food as I chose it for previous reviews however I can only rate it for service which was non-existant. As we arrived there was a function indoors and we were told that they provide service in the...terrace if there is seats. There were and we sat down waiting for menus. Next to us was a couple who didnt have menus either and after about 10 minutes after we sat down they decided to leave. I was still optimistic - there was a waitress doing something at the other end of terrace so surely they would come to us? No. Another one went past didn't pay attention. Then another one went straight to a large table who had finished their meals to ask if they needed anything else. That was almost 20 minutes after we sat down and still no menus brought. I followed that waitress inside to offer my snarky comments but once I made it to the counter and looked at them, instead of acknowleging me they printed out a reciept for the other table, looked down and left. I am convinced that I am not invisible so this was probably the worst service I had anywhere in years. So we left to have dinner elsewhere. Super dissapointed :(More

This building is the type of surprise that makes your trip all worth it. Not only is the outside deliciously charming, but the inside speaks of vintage grandeur and visionary modern touch. We sat for a cup of coffee and cake. The waitresses were lovely...and efficient and spoke fluent English. The cakes were delicious and the coffee excellent. We enjoyed the wonderful view from one of the windows. They were going to have live music on the stage this evening.More

Beautiful old house, not good service and small servings. The food was delicious and we could’ve eaten bigger servings. Rude service, waiter did not take any contact with us when we walked in. Paper napkins did not match the great quality of food. Good selection...of wines and good soft music. A little cold both inside and on the terrace. Moderately priced food but don’t get your expectations too high up even if the building is beautiful.More

this large counter table in middle of room take off all joy. Menu is short, service take long time. Most disappoitment was "Watermelon-feta salad with rucola" - it means kilo rucola with three piece of watermelon and same amount feta-cheese. Some foods are OK too.

Beach Promenade is something you don't want to miss, if you are in Haapsalu and this beautiful old wooden building/restaurant is right there. Large place, offering great views to the sea and they also have concerts there. This time we didn't eat(but I know food...is good!), but we took some drinks while we watched Blues Concert. Friendly service and overall nice little stop!More
