Me and my partner ordered food, a pizza for me (pretty nice, no issues with it) and a portion of chicken thighs along side a fries (which were soaked in oil and had to be replaced for regular potatoes) and fungi sauce (mushrooms with Niva...cheese: there was no signs of Niva in the sauce they charge 2.30€ for...) We politely asked the servant to check with the chef if there was any Niva in there and he came back with the response “he forgot to add it in.” He said he will not charge us for the sauce. The moral of the story is that they tried to scam us, and other customers who are paying for a specific type of cheese sauce and they’re not getting it while the business is making money on it. We will not be returning. They seem to be going down.More

I stopped in Žilina to eat something, Wednesday, 20:30, beautiful weather and lots of people in the town. Pizza place was almost empty. I sat down and waited. Nobody came to me with the menu. So, I went to the bar to ask if the...place was closed. They said no, it is open, but we don't serve pizza because of too many orders. This answer really surprised me. I left and had no food at all.More

We had a family dinner which was very nice. We tried the homemade lemonade is very nice indeed as are pizzas.

Nice little restaurant. We had the tomato soup (very good). The pumpkin cream soup (amazing). A pizza (great). 3 pastas (excellent) and one risotto (also very good). Service was attentive though english is not their strong suit. The cake at the end was not too...good.More

Nice restarant with good service and tasty cusine. Despite that interior did not change for an ages, it is still cozy clean place for business lunch or dinner with friends. It offers a daily lunch menu. You can choose from 7 meals, included vegetarian and...fish meal.More

I ate here recently, not for the first time. I was on a business trip in the area. I have eaten here more than once in the past & can confirm that each time the standard of food & service is consistent and good. I...have only tried the pizzas from their menu, which is also offered in English. They have each time been of a good standard, of a good size, and very tasty. Staff have each time, been friendly & helpful with a good standard of English. There is a relatively limited choice of beers available - probably not important to many, but something I always look for. However, they do have Leffe bottled beers in their list. Prices are very good for the standard of food. Location is perfect, very close to the town square.More

When I first time visited this restaurant in March I had risotto and were really disappointed. I decided to not come back anymore, but because my colleagues proposed this restaurant for a dinner repeatedly I gave it another chance. Since that time I ate there...several times already and I have to admit that it is not as bad as I thought after my first visit. This restaurant looks very good, has a cosy atmosphere and friendly waiters and I enjoyed the evening there with friends, but food is too far from a good one.

Pizza, pasta, wines and great Czech Staropramen. You never leave this place with hunger. Everything is fine, buuuut thimeghing wrong with smokers zone ventilation. All Tratoria visitors breathing with that $hit . Our clothes were stinked after the hour spended there. And what about kids?...Kitchen is excellent, but we coming here for relax too.
