Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Robin is truly a universal palce to fill your belly. Wether you come to enjoy a nice evening with beer from a pub next door and your friends, from a tiring bike ride, or just for a quick snack, Robin is the place I highly recommend. They serve their main speciality, Robinček, a hot dog so good it should be illegal, nacho chips with molten cheddar and BBQ sauce, and a weekly special (usually some kind of a hot dog, or a burrito / quesadillas) wich changes every week. If you aren't satisfied with the pub's offer, or you're just too lazy to go somewhere else for a drink to flush the tasty hot dog, they also serve local made herbal lemonades with really interesting taste combinations called Mellos, wich are really an experience themselves. Also the staff is very nice and friendly. The location is easy to find and offers a nice and cozy outdoor seating with a "romantic" dim lighting. Overall an experience worth repeating!

The place was packed, when almost every other place was mainly empty. Most people seemed to be local young groups. Very lively place. They only serve hot dogs and craft beer, but the quality is of the top of the scale! Only outdoor seating, under trees.

A place you will comeback time after time. Freely cooked hot dogs in a few styles. The taste and look fantastic, are very cheap and can be enjoyed in the sitting area outside Kino Usmev with a beer or a soft drink from the bar

Robin Street Food is located in the north, the old town of Kosice, and is housed as a small snack in a discarded horse trailer, where the order must be placed, for which you get a number that is called out after preparation. Immediately in front of the trailer, some beer tent sets are set up on a green area surrounded by trees, which offer a rustic yet cosy ambience.
The trees surrounding the area significantly reduce the city noise, and the super nice operators like to take time for a little small talk with the guest.
How to get there:
Robin Street Food is accessible on foot as well as by public transport, and there is a paid car park, which is not so local, but directly adjacent to it.
Accessibility:
Robin Street Food is ground level and barrier freely accessible.
Conclusion:
Robin Street Food has by far the best hot dogs in Slovakia, and I would definitely visit this place again and recommend it.

You really want to try this, simply the best hot dog in the city. Yes, the portion may look smaller, however, the taste and rich fillings compensate that. Friendly and nice staff and a beautiful location.

We tried 2 different hot dogs (sheep chees and cheddar + bacon) and both were delicious. We enjoyed relaxed atmosphere in beer garder under the trees and had lovely time with friends.

Great hotdogs, one of the best i've ever had. Still having one from time to time, not regurarly as it is a bit pricey for a hotdog, but definitely worth it.

I have had hot dogs in other major cities of central/eastern Europe and this one at Kosice stood out in my opinion. Hot dogs are generally pretty basic but this one had a lot going for it. The bun was soft, the fillings crunchy and spicy. The portion was small for its price but the taste made up for it.
