We discovered that place by pure luck and we stayed for more than 3 hours! It was tastefully decorated, each seating area had a different atmosphere and culture it was associated with, the teas were wonderful and Alex was very knowledgeable of everything: she let...us brew our own teas and her recommendations were perfect for both of us. I just regret leaving and not having the time to come back. That would be for next time! Highly recommend if you want to have a break and enjoy warm or ice tea in a relaxing atmosphere that'll transport you around the world. A must!More

We had heard about this spot on an “Interrail for older crowd” fb group, & were not disappointed! What a really lovely and quirky place to relax in. The little alcoves and ‘rooms’ are beautifully decorated 😎 Young lady was great serving us and having...a chat afterwards 👍 The Matcha milkshake and Nepal White tea hit the spot perfectly after a long day of travelling and exploring, and the hummus and Istanbul pita was good too. The menu was a little daunting, but we had as long as we needed to chose, & they do have the option to take a random choice 🤣 A highly recommended stop for anyone in need of a relaxing break. Thanks!More

Absolutely a ‘speakeasy’ tea room and I loved it. Ambiance is absolutely beautiful and relaxing and I wish there were more of these hidden gems. Friendly staff as well with an awesome selection of teas and snacks.

This place feels like home. I came here from vienna with a friend and we're definitely coming back. The decoration is super lovely and every table has a comfortable little space of it's own. They have games such as chess which you can play and...an amazing variety of different teas, if you can't decide on what to order you can let them suprise you (and you won't regret!!!) The staff was also super friend and we had a great time there, totally recommend!!More

There are 90 different teas to choose from they are all thermometer tested to get the right temperature for each tea I have to say I absolutely loved it it's nice to get a tea That's made professionally to the right temperature it really bought...out all the flavour of the tea. The bunker was lovely it had a lovely ambience the lady making our tea was nice and helpful. Be aware my elderflower tea came in a bucket size mug I couldn't finish it even though it was really good.More

Came across this by accident, being British the opportunity to have a cuppa could not be passed by. It's fascinating to see what a cold war bomb shelter is like, to think that forty five people could be made safe in this structure for seventy...five hours. The young lady hostess made us very welcome and produced us two types of tea out of a possible 90, my wife had elderflower and I had a good dark Indian the, typical British tea, served with milk as it should. I asked her if she knew why tea was such an important part of the British way of life, she didn't realize how important it is to us. I educated her on the industrial revolution, and how the tea break is actually in our employment law. It's certainly a very pleasant experience, especially if you want to chill out after Christmas shopping. Be warned the stairs down are steep but have a good handrail.More

Can you imagine that you are in the old town of Bratislava and you want to rest for a couple of hours? You can visit this cozy tearoom in the old civic bunker and have some marvellous teas from all around the world. Yes, you...heard it right! An old civic bunker. Huh! :D You have to go 15 meters down the stairs and there it is - a nice temperature during hot summer season and warm during winter with a hot cuppa. People here specialize in high quality teas, so even if you are a tea challenger, you won’t leave unhappy. And they have perfect hummus and baba ganoush for a snack. So dont hesitate. Go there!More

Super quirky tea room down in a bomb shelter which an unbelievable selection of teas (a book in itself!). My daughter had a green tea which she said was excellent. I genuinely do not like tea but had a very good coffee. The middle Eastern.../ Indian theme made this very atmospheric. A must do for tea lovers!More

Underground Tea Room is literally like a cool breeze in the summer heat. A magical little oasis where you can hide from the dazzling sunlight. The service was irreproachable and everything we tasted was more delicious than we expected. I ordered lavender tea with honey...and some waffles with caramel and I would recommend this combination wholeheartedly to everyone. 💝 Important note: When we were here we could only pay in cash.More

Very unique experience visiting this tea room, the atmosphere is very intimate and you can choose from a lot of teas all over world. I have chosen a tea from Morroco, but you can also have something little to eat.Good prices and what is interresting,...if you are in mood, they have chess there and some other games you can play during trinking your tea. Maybe it could be a little bit bigger, but it is very smart as it is now. So, if you visit Bratislava, don't forget to see this tearoom.More

We were staying in an apartment opposite the tea room, and felt we had to go being tea drinkers. I have never seen such an array of teas available anywhere, and the tea menu tells you it can take a while for the teas to...be served. When we ordered the lovely young lady explained the teas, that were ordered, and we didn't wait long for them to be served. Not sure what bunker we were in, except that it had a very hippy feel to it, which we all enjoyed. We also tried the homous snack and another Slovakian snack which were very enjoyable. Due to the signage we thought we were going into a WW2 bunker, but the lady told us the bunker was one of over 300 bunkers in the city, that fortunately were never used, but built for the people during the Cold War, something that we had not thought of.
