The bakery is done in simple scandi style with a clean white look and simple tables and high chairs with wooden shelves on the wall filled with plants and curated pieces.
An amazing array of croissants, focaccia sandwiches and fresh orange juice beckons you as soon as you enter.
We tasted a variety and everything was absolutely delicious.

This is the real thing, layers on layers of pastry that you won't resist.
From the croissants, to pain au chocolat, to the pistacchio pastrys and so on, they're flawless, done the proper way, went two times in our 3 day visit to Bratislava, tried around 6 pastrys, and I can say, this bakery is on another level. Coffees are also done well.
Prices obviously are on the high side if you consider the norm, but they worth every cent, this is a bakery which is run by love and passion.

They have delicious bakery. Better than what I can find in Paris. The service is excellent. The people is extremely nice.

Located at Štúrova 14/8 Fleur Bakery is a quiet space frequented by in-the-know locals for Sandwiches, Roman-Style Pizza and some of the best Viennoiserie outside of France or Austria.
Organic in design with just two tables, the owner found filling shelves at 07h30, it is at prices slightly lower than other capitol cities that guests are invited to partake in beautifully laminated Croissants including one marvel filled with Pistachio and Apricot.
A place with seemingly no bad choices, Pan Suisse rich with Custard and Cocoa just as good as the Pain Au Chocolate with added Nuts, fans of Almond Croissants will find Fleur’s sweetened by Frangipane while Brenton’s Kouign Amann sees layers shatter to the tooth with warm Butter at the center and Pistachio Butter on top.

Visited for breakfast and had a chocolate croissant - it was huge and really generously filled! Really enjoyed it.
The bakery has a nice atmosphere but it is a little on the expensive side.

An adventure took us to Bratislava but TripAdvisor helped us find this great coffee/Bakery shop! Highly recommend from the coffee to the pastries. I had a pistachio apricot crescent and a cappuccino. Delightful!

Absolutely amazing pastry, sweet and savoury, nice and friendly staff. The goat cheese focaccia and pistachio kouign amman (I hope I spelled this correctly:) deserve a special mention, but everything I have tried tasted amazing.
