Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Your staff need a lesson in customer service . The female working yesterday lunch 6th Dec has such a attitude problem. Working in a cafe is not for her. Firstly English menu was such an issue for her, then she said she didn’t have Mayo,...despite it being in the sandwich. Then tap water - issue . Turned her face up when plate was taken out of her hand to place on the table Screwed her face up when asked if you had wet wipes to clean hands . Couldn’t pay cash and card & had a face like a slapped -ar se Then blamed the whole I don’t do English when brought up on her attitude Everything we asked or wanted clarity on she turned her nose up at. Obviously having a bad day, or maybe just Eastern European are like that ? Would never return , do not go there unless you want a awful experience . Management - get new staff !More

Excellent hot chocolate, excellent food and excellent service. Group of six and we were very well looked after. Club sandwich, pulled pork tacos and wraps and chicken wrap were all delicious and fresh. Well done Five Points!

Absolutely amazing! No way is this a thing?! SELFIECHINO- you can order standard Tea’s and Coffee’s as well as …. The SELFIECHINO for €4.50! Amazing! You scan a QR code and upload a selfie then they print it onto your coffee! Was super quick and...easy to do and the waitress was super friendly. The decor on the inside is super sleek and modern too with lounge like music for a super relaxing environment. Outside they had seating with fake fluffy fur which made the place stand out too. Loved it- definitely worth a visit for any selfie lover and photo addicts!More

Went there for coffee. Lausy service, waited for 30 minutes for one cup of coffee and a glass of wather. There weren't many ppl and 3 waithers who didn'r handle the service. Go somewhere else, not worth.

I’m in the restaurant business unfortunately so I know good service & what I had today was great service our server didn’t even blink when my mother in law came out with her obnoxious requests of very very hot cappuccino! & very very hot eggs!...I think I’m missing a few very… the food was not only delicious but HOT so I didn’t have to hear any complaints & when we taste the croissants we took some with us (clean them out of croissants) so I can recommend: Hot Chocolate (2) Croissants (8) French Toast Mulled Wine (2) Cappuccino (3) Eggs platter (2) Bacon Avocado Mozzarella saladMore

Ugh. I wanted to like Five Points. And if we'd gotten coffee and breakfast to go, I would rate it higher. No, wait a second, scratch that. Getting breakfast to go would've still taken forever b/c when we arrived, apparently there was a problem with...the kitchen (?) so we couldn't order food for 20 minutes or so... As it was, we decided to just have coffee and tea while we waited for the kitchen to...open? Fix its problem? (I mean, the kitchen was definitely open; we were there at 11-something a.m., and other people were eating). It still seemed to take forever even after we finally could place our order. And then the selficcino machine (?) wasn't working either, so no dice on that. And then the second cup of coffee took far longer to arrive than any cup of coffee should take to arrive. The food and coffee were delicious, but the service was S-L-O-W and...lazy? Problematic? I don't know what the issue was. Maybe Five Points was just having one of those days...More

We arrived there at 10.30. They told us we had to wait half an hour for two breakfasts, we thought it was a little too much bjt we accepted. After more than 1 hour we were still waiting so we left without eating. I will...not come again,I will not recommend this placeMore

Great little place in Bratislava's Old Town. Coffee is fantastic, the selfieccino is a great concept and quirky, definitely worth getting just the once to say you've done it (and the cappuccino is slightly bigger). We had the club sandwich which was delicious - took...a while to arrive after ordering but this was due to it being made fresh from what appeared to be a tiny kitchen area, so this was understandable. Would definitely recommendMore

We had a breakfast here consisting of a bagel with a cheese sauce and poached egg and bacon which was very tasty and not too expensive at 5,90 Euro ea. Nice decor inside and quite trendy clientele. You can sit outside with good weather.

Had a coffee and lunch here a couple of times. Nice welcome and menu. A bit more modern that some of the more traditional cafes we passed. Recommended.

Been here before in the Summer and always sat outside but this time I was inside as it was a cold day. My friend had a veggie salad which he said was lovely and I ordered their special which was pea soup which was so...good I ordered a second one. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, worth a visit.More

The place is in a good location in the city centre, however if you're looking to have veggie or vegan food, you'd be better off elsewhere. There was a vegan salad, which at £6.90 served a few thin, lightly fried, strips of peppers, courgettes and...carrots, a small amount of hummus, and 2 small pieces of crispy/dry pitta. It's not a meal, it's not a salad, and to be fair it is a rip-off for what it is. The atmosphere in the cafe is otherwise nice, so it's a shame they don't offer more options for non-meat eaters. If you are hungry and veggie or vegan, I'd advise you to head off to Urban House, with much better atmosphere (it's always busy) and amazing food - the vegan pizza is a big win.More
