Great, creative food in a nice setting with outside seating in a small garden with a pond. Excellent balance of tastes. Just not much place for parking.

Very stylish cosy restaurant in the outskirts of Bratislava. Kitchen is mainly Italian but we had steaks - they were excellent!!! This is a highly recommended place.

On the main street of Rusovce, easy to approach by car but even by bus. The Gatto Matto family member, the service level is maintained in an ambient environment with garden and small pond. Very good food, nice staff, fair prices.

The tratoria has a pretty nice indoor and outdoor environment with a pool full of fishes, also suitable for walking with a stroller along the yard. But I was disappointed with food. We ordered a bowl, beef soup and main course. We got three different...soups. One of them was carrots and flesh, another with other vegetables and flesh, and third with a slice of pasta and meat. Because one of the poachers was my 3-year-old granddaughter, we put our soup over the table so she does not want that. And yet it was the same soup. As a dish, they brought a paste of the goose breast and tasted why it was like a can of spread. And the golden wedge of the program was almost totally cold steak. Eventually they exchanged it for me warm. My wife was like that.More

Back on our way from a SPA site, we decided to try this restaurant. Being an Italian, I perfectly know that Italian style restaurant out of Italy are always "risky" meaning that even when they rely on god raw food the way of cooking and...add-ons like sauces can lead to results very far from what one can expect. Also considering this, both me and my wife (who is Slovak but perfectly knows and cooks Italian dishes) found the pasta boiled in "salt-less water", with no good mix of tastes of ingredients, and not properly cooked. A dish of meat which was supposed to be a skewer was in reality some pork meat enveloped with bacon, with tasteless tomatoes and with a not good dark sauce (also in this dish the different ingredients tastes were not mixed, almost at all). Also we found lot of errors in the menu written in Italian. As I wrote, I don't have too high expectations from "pretended" Italian restaurants out of Italy, and I can imagine that in such case the cook style has anyways to satisfy the tastes and way of cooking of the country where they are, but in this case I found this a bit too much. The food itself was not that terrible, but I would say "don't sell this as Italian food". I have been told that pizza here is good, but I didn't try that so I cannot consider it. The price is anyways reasonable.More

Great for those late afternoon lunches or early dinners. Very cozy, very pleasant atmosphere. The meals on the menu as well as specials are interesting and delicious. Satisfyingly sized portions. I definitely want to repeat my visit.

We have been there a couple of times and it was every time just lovely to be there and have a meal with a family or with a friends. Suitable for families with kids - they can play here, they also have a special menu...for kids. Very clean place, helpfull staff, fine cuisine. After a short walk in Rusovce and seeing so many buildings in ruins this well maintained restaurant looked almost unreal and I didn't have to think twice about having a lunch there. I loved their rustic like interior and the patio where I decided to...sit at the end. I wasn't really amazed by their beef saute with gnocchi . I would say it was just an average lunch menu dish. But their very friendly service, polite and smiling waiters made my day. I hope I can come back one day.More

Nice place near the Rusovce park, has 1or2 parking places for customers. Ok by bus as well,the stop some 80m from the resto. Impecable food and the atmosphere, above average service. Reservation in advance recommended.

It has recently become one of my favorite places to eat in and around Bratislava. Bit out of the way in Rusovce, but it’s well worth coming all the way here. Friendly staff, prices are really reasonable and such a nice atmosphere. Almost would believe...I was somewhere in Italy. I already ate here 4 times and will definetely come back.More
