Pros: pleasant environment, short time waiting for food, the staff speaks English Cons: The biggest negative is clearly the food. We ordered gulash and bean soup at the restaurant. 1. Gulash was probably the worst I've had in Hungary. I would compare it to colored...water. The meat pieces were too large for one bite and at the same time it was not at all tender, there was an absolute disproportion of carrots in the soup, which made up 3/4 of all ingredients, the third and last ingredient were potatoes, which tasted very cheap and undercooked or tasteless. 2. The bean soup was also just tastless colored water. Cook tried to make this soup tasty with the absolute genius disproportion of the sour cream that floated in it. 3. Fried cheese with french fries. The waiter handed me this plate to my hand, which surprised me. The cheese was soaked in oil as you are used to in cheap fast foods in malls. The fries also had their freshest times behind them. 4. Chicken with gnocchi on cream. The last meal was a golden nail in the coffin. The meat was super dry and even extra dry at the edges, as if someone had forgotten to put it in the freezer after preparing. The dry meat was probably supposed to be saved by a cream sauce which was a real gastronomical experience. It was clear from its consistency that the chef overdid it “a bit” with the flour. It was incredibly thick, lumpy and tasteless or let me correct myself - with a taste of flour. I would be really ashamed of such a meal and according to this meal it is obvious that it was not prepared by a trained chef.
