Food was ok No olive oil or red pepper for the pizza. Salad was small. They actually charged us for tap water. So many better choices nearby

We had delicious pizzas. I had one with Parma ham, parmesan and ruccola- all of them very decent portion! Service was really nice and quick. Young, attentive staff.

They serve very nice pizzas, and the caponata is very similar to the ones you can actually eat in Sicily. The porcini mushroom salad was delicious and quite a portion as well. They offer many dishes/ingredients from South Italy (Calabria, Sicily), great quality.

We had different soups, pasta, lasagna and pizza, plus tiramisu and chocolate soufflé. Everything was excellent, the waiters were very nice.

Its a good, and authentic italyan restaurant. I recommend it. I give it 4 stars only for its in a noisy place.

We visited La dolce Vita for a Friday dinner with friends and were left with a good impression. Service was excellent, our waitress was really good at upselling the courses and made our visit amusing. The dishes were also well done, so the fact that...the restaurant was fully booked did not come as a surprise. All in all the place is recommended for its solid quality and good service.More

I have reviewed the old place and after several visits to the new location I thought I would do a fresh review. The pizza bread had more sauce on it, and it is served on a pan rather than in a basket which I don't...think is an improvement. The old pizza bread had just a smear of tomato sauce; now it is a bit thicker. I think it is just OK now, but my husband is till crazy about it. It is still a good idea to check th specials. They are always good, interesting and made with the freshest ingredients, including the fish offering I think the new chef is a bit more adventurous. Many of the pasta offerings on the regular menu are still excellent, and the portions more reasonablly sized for most of us. The new outside space is not as cozy, but there is much more seating for this popular restaurant. Service is friendly but sometimes distracted.More

As we used to go to this restaurant on their old location and were quite happy with food/service we were invited to new location that looks nicer, but all just went wrong, slow service, like 1 hour to get pizza ot pasta... quality of food...was great in previous location and in this new place it was not the same, maybe they changed chief or something else, but we gave them 3 chances in new place and will never come again. The owner (Italian guy) didn't even apologize to us as old customers for all the issues, he had some weird attitude and definitely that was last visit from our side (all of us Italians by the way, thats why we gave him three chances).More

We had a dinner there in january, as we found out it is run by a real italian. The pizza was really nice, the way i like it. The place is also excelent, right in the heart of the town. Definate recommendation!!

An apparently popular pizzeria in the heart of the old town next to the theatre. Had a salad with buffalo mozzarella as a starter to share and pizzas. The food was decent but it wasn't any special gastronomic experience. Service was polite and friendly but...it took quite some time before the pizzas were served and the bill was paid at the counter (waiter didn't come to the table). The interior at the cellar was nice and cosy.More
