Had a great lunch with my parents. Fine food and great service located in a backyard isolated from the noisy streets of Budapest. Highly recommended if you want a lunch or dinner for a special occasion. My small pupper was also welcomed :-)

Beautiful surroundings next to the River in Budapest on the "Buda-side". The sommelier (and waiter) told us about the history of the restaurant, presented some good wine and the wine history of Hungary. Very positive experience!

This place is an awesome place for a summer evening meal. Sadly the food and service do not meet the same standards as the location. I will explain.... The food menu is indeed French styled, as is the wine list with plenty of French wines...More

Well known for its ivy clad ancient walls and huge trees, nestling at the foot of the Buda Castle hill, right in the heart of the city, it is a haven of peace and charm. Its new hungarian chef and new french management team are looking forward to sharing with you their passion for French cuisine, under the expert tutelage of the French chef Marc Meneau ( two stars in the Michelin guide ).
