We were there for a late drink. We didn't know what we should expecte for this place during the winter and that was suprise for us. It's a pub with hungarian comic books on the walls. But during our visit the live band were playing...typical hungarian music and young people were dancing their tradicional dance - that was magical. So I recommend this place to spend the uniqe evening ;)More

Do not expect a restaurant but a ruin bar with food trucks. You can have a separate dish from any of them, the food is ok, a bit pricey, great atmosphere.

We went back to this place for the umpteenth time (expecting an old street food van that had closed down sadly) but it had changed a lot for the past 2 yrs. Actually, it was a total rip off and disappointment. This time we decided...to try Kristof's kitchen but it turned out be a bad choice as the guy behind the counter acted ridiculously cynically, which is totally unacceptable in this business. Food is kind of vegan fast food, fair but pretty expensive, however, we were completely disillusioned by the guy's behaviour. Prices of drinks at the bar are also unreasonable. We don't intend to go back knowing we'll find much better food/drinks and ways nicer service at a lot better price to value ratio. Beware tourists! You'll pay through the nose in this district but will find much better places a bit further away.More

I like my meat, so why would I visit a vegan garden? Well, we kinda fancied something a bit ‘cleaner’ for lunch, and thought I would give it a try. I wasn’t expecting what I saw! This place has 7 or so food huts, each...specialising in something different. From vegan pizzas (which look v good) to soups, baguettes and more substantial dishes. I tried the Quesadilla selection, alongside ‘Chilli Non Carne!’ Both were bursting with flavour and yummy! Prices are slightly more than you’d expect, dishes averaged around 1700 huf (but that’s less £5 Aug ‘18) Pop in. They’ve got an extremely well stock bar too!More

I am not a vegan. Because this place only serves vegan food, I had to order something I usually do not eat: a vegan hamburger. What a positive surprise. It was a delicious meal with some great sauce on top. We ended up coming back...here to drink some fairly priced beers and palinkas. Nice.More

Drinks are slightly expensive and Palinka is as terrible as they come, but there are musicians playing classic Hungarian music to which some people dance as well, to a backdrop of walls with funny comics. All makes for a really quirky place to chill out...and experience some Hungarian culture.More

While pub and bar hopping around the wonderful Jewish Quarter ( District VII ) we decided to drop into here for a quick drink and what a great little find. A lovely interior with great furnishings and superb decor and plenty of seating options and...a very lively atmosphere. We were here on a Saturday night initially drew in by the sound of a live group,on entering we saw there was a group of fiddlers playing some great tunes,we ordered the local beer and opted to have Soproni beer and these beer's were served iced cold and sparkling and we just chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular pub while enjoying our beers and listening to the wonderful music. The beer was fantastic and it was so nice being in such a great pub . We ended up staying for another beer before we moved on but for a first time visit we had a great time. Very easy to locate on Dob Utca in an area packed with pubs, bars and restaurants and a major tourist destination. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, open from midday. A great pub and well worth checking out.More
