Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The place looks nice and fancy from outside. Interior is also nice, it will catch every girls eye I think. IMO the place is looking good the first minute, but it’s nowhere near the best places in BP. Coffee mediocre. 2 cappuccino + 2 cakes...6900Ft = 16€More

Delicious dishes, with very friendly and kind staff. Family-friendly. We ordered beef Goulash, VG Burger linguini amatrichiana. The local white wine they offer is very good. The prices were normal!!

Terrible service from rude and angry waiters. Cold, bland food. They also forgot to bring us a item. Stay away from this horrible, overrated place.

The staff were not interested in providing service what so ever. The coffee we got was not what we ordered, when we said it was the wrong coffee the waiter got kind of mad, he said we would get a new one but we never...got one. The food was obviously pre made, when it was served it was cold. Terrible service. Would not recommend.More

Good service, convenient location and nice decorations, HOWEVER, the prices. Tourist trap much? 34€ for a “croque monsieur”, two lemonades, 1 pancake and an espresso. In Slovenia we’d pay 15-20€ TOPS for that. The croque monsieur was basically toast bread with ham and pizza cheese...on top, heated up. With some old salad on the side. What?! Quite dry, not croque monsieur at all. 1/5* Pancakes, my friend told me the fruits werent the freshest either and you could taste baking powder. 3/5* Lavander lemonade wasn’t at all lavandery, mango lemonade was very sweet but you could catch the mango aroma. 3/5* If you’ve got a little more money than us, two students, do, then go ahead. If you’re on a budget don’t even think of going there🙈More

If you’re vegan don’t go there !!! And if you’re vegetarian you’ll have only 2 options. Very disappointing. I even asked if they can just remove the meat from the dish and they said that it’s not possible. Eventually just took coffee and went to...eat somewhere else.More

We needed somewhere to go before heading back to the airport, unfortunately we stumbled across Vintage Garden, thought it looked nice and gave it a go. We’ve been really lucky with the places we have eaten but this certainly wasn’t one of them. Food was...poor, we both had the salmon baguette- I wish I had taken a photo, there was hardly any salmon at all! Service OK, place felt tacky, just not my cup of tea at all. So many nicer places to go.More

It is a very romantic place to go as a couple, we went as a family but even then was it amazing. The food was very delicious and the service was very good. We really enjoyed our evening there. It was recommanded to us by...a Hubgarian man so it wasn't a touristic place.More

The food was nice, however the portions were tiny and, compared to places around, it was very pricey. The interior is very Instagram friendly, if that's what you're looking for but, personally, I'm looking for a place that doesn't leave me needing to visit McDonald's...afterwards.More

I would say it is high-mid range, neither crazy expensive, nor budget (compared on Budapest level). You can get mains around 15-20 EUR, most expensive item being an angus steak (30 EUR, 300g)

The concierge of our hotel kindly booked us a table. I just emailed prior to arrival. Maybe try that if your hotel has a concierge?
