Racist and Rude waiter. Very very late service. Waiters do not even care to check on their guests. You order a starter and you get it after one hour. Ur main course takes another longer time. U have to remind the waiter several times and...on top of that he will be rude. If the restaurant dont want to be polite to black people you can simply write on your website or on your door that black people are not welcome. There is no need for us to come there and then you will be rude and impolite and spoil our time. Useless waiters.More

We would’ve loved to try the place but after 15 minutes waiting to be serve our table, nobody approached us so we has to leave the place. Looks like a cool place but the staff is simply useless.

Impeccable service and wonderful food. I was here with my sister for dinner and we had 2 Russian Ballerina coctails what I highly recommend! Every dish was wonderful with a beautiful presentation and they were quickly served by friendly staff. This is by far my favourite place I've been to for dinner, and the coctails are amazing too. The Russian Ballerina coctail is the best, try it if you can! They have a lot of special food, would definitely recommend!

I prepared tip by cash. Waiter expected tip in addition to service charge (typical). Not only did he take my cash tip, he also charged a 10% tip on food plus service amount to my card even though the payment machine never showed the higher...total. Food is fine. Thieving waiter is the worstMore

A good place to hang out but we had a terrible food experience. Surprising as others have posted reasonable good reviews. After travelling in Hungary for over a month we can safely say we had the worst cheap quality goulash here by far. Just terrible...value. We also had the shrimp salad. Again just cheap ingredients. Unedible shrimp. Our waiters asked us twice if we enjoyed our meal and we said NO. Again disappointing that they had no interest in following up on this. We got some ugly looks though. Just our experience!!More

Authentic and interesting place. It has already a nice interior - very cozy. It has three floors, easily accommodates big groups, just reserve in advance. Thursdays, Fridays are busy - do it in advance. Payment cash or credit, service is not included. Service is a...bit slow, might it was due to the crowd. What a pleasant surprise, got there on a Sunday night at 9:30. Staff were very welcoming. The food was amazing and well priced. There is a great atmosphere with a mix of locals and tourists. We had diner there twice and highly recommend thus restaurant...for great food and service.More

We had a terrible experience, specifically with the service. We were treated really badly: one waiter ask us for our order and he ignored us completely and the other talked to us in a very bad tone and also really far from our table and...we didn’t even understand what he said. Finally, we decided to leave the bar. The worst ruin pub in Budapest from all visited.More

Went on 31st dec and had a fantastic meal, extremely tasty and loved the quirky look of the restaurant. Definitely be back.More
