My friend and I came to the restaurant for a Friday meal. It cost 25 euro and wasn't worth it at all. The food was terrible and we were nauseous after. Some of the food was even cold in the middle. If ur looking for...More

Probably the best Kosher Restaurant in Budapest but with the high number of kosher tourists is it a true mystery why there is not one restaurant serving decent food.

They offer a fairly wide selection of different cuisines at reasonable prices. They offer pre-paid Shabbat meals.

Wanted to taste good local Jewish food but this kosher restaurant wasn't very tasty. Had their sausage, cabbage salad and mustard which was ok and bean stew that was dry and not very flavorful. Overall poor.

This was a lesson in how not to run a restaurant. 1. Ignore your customers when they sit down and continue setting up every table but theirs. 2. Give the food menu but no drinks menu. 3. Get cross when they ask you for the...More

District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses
the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and
colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in
an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes
and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic
crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of
the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in
Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly

Our restaurant looks back for almost 30 years history. During this time we had a long journey. The menu and the style changed a lot with many other things as well. For 10 years already we are working as a glatt kosher restaurant. As a result of it all of our guests from all over the world from different communities could experience our kitchen. On the menu you can find the mix of tradinional hungarian and jewish tastes, and you can also choose israeli salads or other specialities as well. We hope you will have a pleasent time here! Looking forward to see you again! Enjoy your meal!
