Our hotel, the Boscolo, recommended this place, we chose it as it was an easy walk on our first evening in the city. We felt as if we had stepped back in time ( in a good way) the style of the interior, the excellent...More

We were looking for a restaurant close to the hotel. We arrived at the restaurant with a perfect balance of authentic Hungarian restaurant with modern design. The restaurant has a live performance every evening. The menu is not rich but the dishes are very tasty....More

I was on a business meeting and the restaurant has a great vibe, and offers great service. The live Jazz Trio really adds to the overall experience/atmosphere.

Terrible food. Terrible. Bland, over cooked and split sauce. Greasy horrible. Can’t believe this place is s highly rated. Service wasn’t a lot better. Find your own table, slow to take order and slower to bring us a water.

Description
We prepare the classic meals of the Hungarian cuisine. We recomend the popular goulash soup, the little bit spicy vegetable ragout "Lecso" and the city's popular "Budapest style beefsteak with goose liver". Besides the meals, there are live jazz concerts every evening from 20:00 till 22:00.
