Small so book a table. Basically furnished restaurant but don't let that put you off. Nice menu and good quality food at good prices. Service was very good and had a lovely evening. Recommend.

The staff were very welcoming, and although the decor is not what you might expect from a top class restaurant the food most certainly was and all sensibly priced and incredible value, even the annoying guests sat behind me could not spoil my experience. And...More

District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses
the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and
colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in
an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes
and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic
crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of
the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in
Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly

It is a tiny place so 15 might be almost all their capacity upstairs (there is a sqaure room and a tiny long room for a long table), you might have to pay in advance to privatize or arrive early.
