A long time favorite, this restaurant always fascinates me with its exceptionally friendly atmosphere and great food. Absolutely recommended!

We celebrated my parents' golden wedding anniversary here. This is a fairly laid back place, so the event was not too elegant to make them uncomfortable, though it was nice enough to make the dinner special. They could seat and serve the immediate family (we had a relatively small event with couple dozens of people) without difficulty. The team was... More

Food and service is impeccable! Sitting on the terrace in early October was heavenly. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone that wants to eat good food, in a great location, in an awesome part of town. Two thumbs up!

Limited selection / choices on the menu, bad presentation of the food on the plate and very, very bad wines- unbelievable for Hungary. Food was so spicy... although I asked about this but they said that is not....Toilets not very clean- which makes me think how the kitchen was...Lack of English from the waiters. Very noisy TV which I could... More

We used to go to this restaurant a lot, but we haven't been there in the past few months, so we decided to spend our Sunday dinner there. Well this time was different. The service as well as 3 out of the 4 main-courses were good. (the soups were fine as well) The reason for the poor rating is the... More

The restaurant is close to the MOM Park shopping mall in the Buda hills. It is located at a busy corner so I do not recommend the terrace during working hours. The service is fantastic, the waitress had a smile for everyone and made suitable recommedations from the menu. They are also well prepared to serve families with children, there... More

Unassuming from the outside and with a rather peculiar name our Sunday Lunch was delicious! I had broth, salmon and dessert! My partner also a 3 course! Plus 2 soft drinks with meal and coffee to finich! Well, served, well presented, fulfilling and delicious!

The biggest asset of La Terra is definitely the ccok. Food has always been great, whenever we visited. The atmosphere is very nice and service is friendly and welcoming at all times. Have been there with kids too - they loved it as well.

If you visit Budapest, don't miss to visit this excellent restaurant! Okay,it's not in the city center, but not so difficult to get here! Take the tram number 59 from Szell Kalman square and get off at Kiss Janos altabornagy stop or if you come from the DEAK square, get on the bus numb. 105 and get off at the... More

Modern, clean design inside, in the summer there is also service on the terrace. The food is good with interesting combination of the ingredients. The Mediterranean Duck Ragout soup with Boletus (Boletus edulis, a tasty mushroom popular also in Hungary) was tasty, and the chef’s recommendation: Turkey Breast Filled with Duck Liver and Grapes, served with a Grapey Risotto was...
