Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Can find the food elsewhere for half / a quarter of the price. For example a chimney cake here is 2500, in the metro stations and on the streets they are ~600/1000 HUF

I was with a group of colleagues and have to say it was a fantastic experience. If you are in Budapest its a must-do! Lots of choice, reasonably priced and fantastic vibe.

A cool place and I would say it’s worth a visit. It’s smaller than you’d expect and expensive in comparison to the majority of venues in Budapest. Also cleanliness/hygiene in the food stalls was slightly lacking - no hair nets or gloves used. Watched one...vendor drop a scraper on the floor and then continue to use on the grill. Also limited vegan optionsMore

If you’ve been to Digbeth Dining in Birmingham this is very similar. Loads of food stalls to choose from. Not loads of places to sit but plenty of standing room. We did manage to get a table though. Drinks were really good and quite reasonable....Cups have a deposit so just return them for your money back. They had Mexican, chicken/BBQ places and some typical Hungarian goulash stalls.More

Very cool place! Awesome for street food, bevvies and vibe. I would 100% avoid the gulash vendor, a cool concept of bread bowl food but what you get is honestly horrible. Tesco microwave meals have more flavour. I did however try a few of the...other vendors which were all awesome so take your pick and enjoy a great timeMore

Good food and drink options and cool concept but it does get very busy and don’t expect to be able to find a table. Prices are slightly higher than average but worth a visit for the atmosphere.

It was a great day, I really enjoyed it. Good food, the best bartenders. It couldn’t be better. I will come back for sure. 🤪

We stopped in here for a pint and some lunch. We tried the Lagos and a burger from zing. Both very nice however we felt maybe the burger bun could have been better

Came here on our1st night im Budapest. It was quite a walk from our hotel and since there are good reviews about this place and was craving for Ghoulash but we were extremely disappointed, junk food abd very bland and very expensive considering that awful...quality of food. Don't waste your time and money here.More

Very very busy when we visited so nowhere to sit and hardly any space to stand, we didn't get any food because of this. Good selection of drinks at the bars but you're charged a deposit for the cups and you have to return your...cups (along with a cup token) at the end...otherwise you can keep the cup.More

Went here when we arrived in Budapest. Ended up grabbing a burger and fries from Zing Burger. Food was tasty. A plus is that this place has decent priced alcohol and a good atmosphere. I wouldn't stay here all night but certainly recommend as a...place to visit at the beginning of a night out.More

Perfect place to eat and drink. Loads of trailers selling all sorts of delicious food. Disappointed that the chicken van never had any Mac and cheese, but the chicken itself, the langos lamb burger, guitar burger, chimney cake, pulled meat platter more than made up...for it. Definitely a great place to eat...and grab a cheeky absynthe too.More
