The food was good, price reasonable, and we loved the staff. Attentive and genuinely nice. The place was nice enough, but we did come after busy lunch time so the toilets were a disaster... still, food and staff made up for it.

It was our first night in Piran and due to the proximity to our rental apartment, we came into this restaurant. It was very busy but the staff was attentive and friendly. Our waiter was very helpful to accommodate our request and modify the dishes based on our needs. The food was above average and good value for money.

Poor quality food sums it up in totality . The worst wine I had since I was a kid ... The tuna carpaccio tasted like it came out of a can ... The olive oil is fake olive oil , probably canola oil , and I ordered a Coca Cola ... They substituted the Slovenian version . They insisted no... More

Warm atmosphere, nice service and extensive menu of local and italian food. Good quality of fish/scampi/buzara, but not an extensive wine list. Nice outdoor in a beautiful old venetian square. Very good price. Definitely to come back

We loved the Old Square, also known as May 1st Square, with it's ingenious system for collecting and filtering the town's drinking water in times past. This peaceful little restaurant in the corner served us our drink du jour (Aperol Spritzer) and fish soup to order. There is also a tavern under grape vines in the other corner and a... More

You can get a really delicious meal here for 10 euro, including wine etc. It has a beautiful view at the square and it´s a really genuine and nice restaurant with good service.

We had a great lunch here. It is on a small square within the lovely town of Piran not on the sea which is probably why the prices were so good. The fish was excellent, very fresh and prepared perfectly. We also had a very nice simple green salad. The service was very good, attentive and friendly. Very good value... More

We shared a seafood platter which was delicious ...including sadines , calamari , fish fillets , and a potateo and chard veg. mix all beautifully prepared. The staff were very attentive and kind.

We only had fried calamari and scampi with home made chips, but it was absolutely delicious. Freshly made and in a really light batter. Very tasty. We washed this down with a glass of the house white which matched the food and surroundings perfectly. We sat in the square and just watched the world go by after, so if you... More

It's nice small square, in the summer a little bit colder than other places. Here is one restaurant and cantina with sea food. Cantina is great, good food for reasonable price. Here is also a pub with cold dishes (cheese, salami....) and good wine.
