It is a superb restaurant I enjoy eating at. Great Polish cusine touched by a modern form that only few others have to offer but not in such a fasion. I hope more of that places will come in Warsaw as you can easily say such a format makes a lot of sense. Congrats!

We had a nine course meal inspired by nature and polish cuisine. It was completely amazing. The only two things I'd wish they would improve, was - recommend wines with the food, instead of only hard polish liquor (it was really good, but nine glasses (4 cl) of hard liquor is a lot) - recommend guests to take a brisk... A fantastic evening with outstanding moments, as the friendly and welcoming team called the different courses. Our last visit was already a positive and great experience. The menu was a bit more experimental back then, setting a high level of expectation. And - true to form - the whole team exceeded expectations and delivered a stunning 9 course menu we... More

This was one of my all-time best eating experience. The food (or rather, an art), the service, the ambiance, everything is top notch. I recommend this place to ever visiting Warsaw. An absolute must.

We had the "9 moments menu" (350 PLN per person) with Polish spirits. The restaurant was on (a thursday) fully booked, and for a reason: because the food is very very good. Yes it is Michelin starred restaurant, so yes, the dishes looks fantastic, but also it is just delicious.! For Polish standards maybe a slightly more expensive, but it... More

We had a really, really lovely time at Atelier Amaro. The waiting staff were extremely attentive and the knowledge of each ingredient was amazing. They also spoke great English and made me fresh corn bread (I cannot eat gluten). The 9 moments were actually more like 12 with the added amuse bouche - this made the £70 for this tasting... More

Description
This is an incredible new restaurant opened by the ex-head chef of the Amber Room. He serves modern Polish molecular cuisine, served in degustation style. It is the kind of food that blows your mind with every bite - Michelin Star on it's way, without a doubt. It is a so-far little known restaurant that is quickly gaining popularity in the city, and I am sure that if you add it to the list, it will be at the top in no time! We have been here numerous times, and will keep coming back.
