I was so hungry and I travelled so long just to go there to try pierogi at their best. When i arrived I was welcome by beautiful girls wearing traditional sexy clothes-this was the only benefit of going there. Place is so hot like inside owen and there is no air conditioning. Unfortunately only visiual part of restaurant is nice... More

It's straight on the Rondo de Gaule square, very cosy place with a very delicious Polish menu. Dishes prices are average a bit more than average. The hostesses/ waitresses are so welcoming and beautiful. I tried a kind of Polish wine "mulled wine", a hot wine with orange portions inside, it's tasty but i don't advise it.. i had better... Visited here due to the good reviews. However, found the service to be indifferent and atmosphere non-existant. Food ok and prices reasonable. If you like over busy and souless eateries this is for you.

Good polish food. Prices are good. You have to go hungry or you will not be able to finish. Locations everywhere. Good service.

Really great dumplings plus nice to select a few of each instead of all the same. The Pierogis are very good especially the Turkey with carrots. the Doctor hit me with a helpful vote!

There are three branches and I went to all of them! Delicious big pierogis with great price right in old town. Don't mistake it by the much more expensive Cafe Zapiecek.

No nonsens at Zapiecek. You eat dumplings in whatever flavour you want with a minimum of 9 pieces. (grandmothers portion) If you ant more, you ask grandfathers portion. But anayway, you always have enough to eat. Zapiecek is kind of a chain with a lot of points of sale throughout the city. For the brave one : try the soups... More

Really good Polish food, great service, cozy atmosphere. The soups are delicious: grandma's and the traditional. The dumplings are good, the one with the mushrooms are excellent. Will come back there for the soups!

Recommend if you wish to get an idea of Polish food. Staff are excellent, very pleasant and English is not an issue. This restaurant is not the biggest and in fact was queued out the door at one point - it is visited by Polish people which is a good sign. I had the potato dumplings with creamy mushroom sauce...
