We eat here our first breakfast in Warsaw after landing. Nice, cheap, but nothing special. And no meals for children except pancakes. So, if you want fast cheap breakfast - it could be the place, otherwise - look for other place.

Nicely appointed restaurant in the heart of Warsaw. The raw, bricked basement creates a really nice atmosphere. Our waiter once he showed up was very nice and talkative. However we felt a little neglected over the whole stay. I have ordered a fish soup which was quite good. However "Ognisty gulasz z goluszkami" was something to forget. It was not... More

Excellent Hungarian restaurant in Warsaw. The service and food was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant and I would highly suggest ordering the meat board and the soup(s).

Hungarian food is very good if U like spicy to some extend taste. Yeah try soups...all of them...delicious! It seems to be heavy...thus wine is a must. Also U may try sweet wine as Hungary is good at it. Staff is friendly and supportive, especially about wines, however there is not enough waiters, and wine offer is quite small (also... More

This is a terrific Hungarian restaurant with great wine collection. I took traditional goulash-soup with beef, potatoes, noodles and spicy red pepper in a candled pot as starter; man ... you eat the whole pot! Then Hungarian beef ragout with red peppers and Tarhonya noodles; delicious! Got Unicum at the end, never heard about, but OK. Nice interior and good... More

I went to Hungary several times. I love this country for Budapest and cusine, which is one of my favourite. That's why when I went to the Borpince in Warsaw I was astonished. The place, which now has been rebuilt, have two floors. The first one for small snakcs and good wine and the second, in the basement, for the... More

The restaurant is very well situated, right in the city center of Warsaw. Interior is nice and cosy. The service is not excellent, but ok and friendly. What is truly excellent in this place are the true Hungarian dishes - especially their thick, yummy soups that are completely enough even as a main dish!

Everytime I'm visiting a city, I have to look for a hungarian restaurant. Most of them are a disappointment, but Borpince wasn't. Authentic hungarian food and good wines! Giving it just 4 out of 5, because they were advertising "Töltött káposzta" on their website and we went there because of that, but in the end they didn't even have it... More
