I was hungry and decided to step in for a drink too and watch the game. Very young waitress making drink seem to ignore totally anybody that approaches her to ask simple question. I ask about food and after a while point out the wall...and a small menu. No eye contact, no kindness, but only focusing on making drinks. Very poor body language and no eye contact or even smiling with anybody around. I ask a simple question where the answer can be yes or not and she totally keeps ignoring acting she is mixing ingredients to prepare an atomic bomb rather than a simple drink where she can smile, answer briefly and interact with guests. When it is my turn she lift up her chin and blames on me with a nasty face stating I have to wait. I smile and invite her to do the same also because Im a customer. Smile, please. Im a customer and just checking some essential information. After a while she comes back and she says aggressively she is not going to serve me because if I need smiling people I have to go the circus...Even though I wait, she literally will ignore me and refuse to serve me...Spechless I try to contact a manager, a more experienced brunette lady that is very nice and friendly and somehow apologizes. I stay in the place until the end of the game and will never be served. Since I know and understand they probably don't care about this review and about business too, Im firmly convinced to write some letters to the local chamber off commerce or anybody who is in charge on upper level because it is totally unacceptable that a young childish girl can act like that compromising the effort of many other people and the value of a beautiful town. It was my first evening in Krakow and entered in that place with the nicest intentions and expectations and came out astonished by such a lack of kindness, fairness and care for guests in general. Terrible experience!More

If you are smart just don't go to this bar. It might be cheap but I wouldn't give a penny to those people. Worst waitress I've ever seen in my life: she insults customers and she kicked us out only because we asked to pay...the bill separately. Well, if that's your behaviour as a waitress just change your job. Now, security people: undereducated racists and I saw them putting hands on a girl. Fun fact: the waitress had t shirt that said "happiness"More

If you are looking for a cheap pit stop for beer, vodka and small plates of traditional Polish food this place is great. We had 2 excellent dark beers, a great steak tartare with all the trimmings and a plate of potato and cheese dumplings...for c£7.00. The bar and toilets were clean and staff happy to help.More

Looking for a cheap drink as we wandered about and this had been recommended. It's basic inside, all about the cheapness but honestlly, we had a great time. Most drinks were about £1 or less, didn't try the food but the fresh tank of Tyskie...beer easily bested some of the other beers we tried, at a fraction of the cost.Vodka shots were plenty and varied and the food looked and smelled nice, although we didn't try any. It's not a classy place but well worth a visit.More

This place is incredible. Found it on line before our trip. Needed to visit. You order at the bar and take it to your table, so expect a line up. The beer to drink is Tyskie Pìvo, 14 days, from vat to your glass. The...vodkas are also incredible. Tried so many flavors. This is a real experience. Cheap, did I say cheap drinks and food. We ordered some meat filled pierogies. They were actually surprisingly good. Had these with a splash of a veggie type sauce which seemed to highlight the flavor. Went twice. Actually got to sit by the bar once. Lots of people here. If you pay in zloty, it is better value. They accept Euros, but you will pay a little more, even still very inexpensive. This place is really all about the beer and shots! Did feel for the bar workers, just run off their feet. A lot of people don't tip, but we did. That did get us a smile and quicker refills. I am sure they appreciated it.More

During our 4 day stay at Krakow, me and my friend went to BaniaLuka each and every one of those 4 days for good and cheap drinks. Although it can be really packed at times, it's a great place to get your night going with...a really good vibe mixing Krakow locals & various tourists. Even though we usually started our nights in BaniaLuka we'd often return during our night out just because of how much we liked it.More

We stumbled across this bar after failing to get into another more popular vodka bar down the road, on our first night and then kept returning, it’s boisterous and lively, but we alwYs managed to get seats to enjoy the tastes of the 14 different...flavours of vodka on offer and at less than a £1 a shot it was fantastic value. We loved it here, and with the entrancing murals on the wall it felt like a a true polish experience. There were good value snacks on offer too, but we didn’t get the chance to try these, maybe on our next visit? Here’s hoping!More

Not too sure. It may do, but couldn’t see anything in the pub indicating that!
