Simple, tasty, hearth warming food via self-service. Great if you want to try polish food or are in a hurry. Portion sizes are large. Options changes daily. Might stand in a fast running queue during linch time. We loved it!

Cheap, local food at a fair price. This is the perfect place for tourists not wanting to throw away money on tourists traps. This is real Polish food, made by Polish people. On our last trip to Gdansk we ate here twice and left satisfied...both times.More
Came there for lunch, its a bistro style place where you put your food on tray from dispatch staff. The food is nice service fast despite big amount of visitors. Good place to eat fast.
The Mleczny bars all around Gdansk are super cheap and because of the relation between price/quality, they are super! There are local products and dishes and you can have noisy small talk with friends. Nothing about staff because you cannot be served directly at the...table.More
First thing I want to try was Žurek and Pierogi. Pierogi were tasty, not the best meal I ever had, but Ok. Žurek was not Žurek, as I wanted, but I love soup and hot, tasty soup is better than nothing.
Quick service, delicious food at a cheap price. Everything was very hearty and we were quickly served. Was able to get an English menu for my friends as well. Would definitely recommend for a quick lunch.
Had a beautiful lunch here. We did have to queue but the staff quickly worked through them and it was well worth while waiting a little time. We coped by pointing at large pictures of what we would like and I had a filling and...lovely pancake filled with wonderful goulash at a very low price. The restaurant was busy, but lots of locals were getting takeaways and finding seating was not difficult. The place was bright, clean and light. You are expected to clear your tray of pots away after. All in all, a lovely experience.More
Ate here on our first day in Gdansk and we were not disappointed with the service, self service, or the food. Good solid Polish cooking at very reasonable prices. Would recommend a visit.
This place had mostly locals eating there. You can ask for an english menu from the cashier, but my advice, just look at the photos and go with what catches your eye. It's like a canteen style, you grab your tray get your food served...right there and pay the cashier. So good and cheaper than most places in old town.More
It's a typical tourist cheap restaurant. Unfortunately, the prices are the reasons why this place is such crowdy. From time to time I see queues outside. Meals? You can eat polish kitchen here, but there is nothing special.
