No. Only open for dinner. They try to do 2 seatings with early and late dinner reservations. We made our booking via email 2-3 months before our trip to Prague this year.

Prices are reasonable. It depends on the amount of courses and wine selection. YOU MUST HAVE CASH! 90-100 euros should do it.
