There used to be a nice cafe located at this spot with tasty unique desserts and coffee. Now there's plastic amerikan Starbucks... Anyway, the view is still amazing, and you can spend there a few enjoyable minutes drinking a franchise coffee from a franchise paper...cup.More

The service from the barista gives the impression of biased towards Asian....I bought two hot grande...it was served without the insulated sleeve....but to the “white” men....the service was impeccable....is this the brand image Starbucks promotes....biased based on race?...this happens at Starbucks Coffee The Clock Staromestske...n. 483/21, Praha 1.More

First time I have bothered to write a review on a Starbucks as they are pretty much the same where ever you are. However this one gets a 5 rating for the views from its terrace. Right at the top of Lesser town Of Prague...by the palace, we stopped to admire the beautiful view from the terrace. Only then did we realise it was Starbucks. However they serve the worst tea ever, totally undrinkable, and my daughters who love coffee said the same of their offering of what was supposed to be a latte and espresso.so can only say the view is the best featureMore

This Starbucks is in a perfect location. The view over the red rooftops of Mala Strana is beautiful. Nice cosy place to have coffee especially in cold weather. BUT!!!! the staff don't care about keeping the place tidy and clean.

While my husband and i have enjoyed partaking in “cafe society” as we’ve travelled through Europe, my kids were thrilled to stop into a Starbucks and see there beloved drinks and sweets from home. Nice to have access to a coffee to go and a...clean bathroom for all.More

Great views too from there of Prague below, a nice vantage point, so have your coffee and take in the stellar views from there. I loved it. Standard Starbucks fare with some uniquely Prague food (mostly sweets). Staff was capable and friendly too. Not too...touristy, just the perfect location for a Starbucks. Worth a stop when you are near the Castle probably before you go in.More

The place was very crowded, even in an early morning. The service was okay and we didn’t find what we were looking for. The views were amazing.

We had our usual coffees and they were good, the view is amazing but they could be doing so much more with their external area... it’s not at all maintained. The toilets were appalling, not just filthy but damaged and very cheap toilet paper. Tiny,...dirty and unpleasant. That is unfortunately my take home of this experience. Frappuccino was nice though.More
