The launch started with "amuse-bouche" , than a starter, main course and desert all courses were pleasing to the eye and included unique tastes. Each one was an experience of it's own. I have only praise for the quality of food and service. waiters were...quick to respond, when my fork fell they came quickly to replace it without any signal from my sideMore

This is the best restaurant in Prague, hands down. So no spoilers - the food is worth it. The taste, the serving, the execution is brilliant. Everything was delicious with original and excellent presentation. But for me the highlight of the place was the service....Field has the most professional staff I have ever seen in the Czech Republic and the place runs like clockwork. Whoever runs the place should teach teamwork and organization skills as a side job. It was amazing to watch and I would love to talk to the people who have created this place. I want to come back soon for more.More

Came here for lunch and had the 3 courses. Everything tasted great and the service was excellent. The price for lunch at a Michelin star restaurant was cheap only 650 for 3 courses. The prices for dinner looks a bit expensive though.

Overall very good experience. Especially the non-alcoholic paring to the 10 course tasting menu was amazing. The food was very good although majority of sauces were really strong/concentrated in flavour. Almost too strong. At least for my taste. Staff was beyond friendly. The venue could...be upgraded to a more luxurious feel. I know the point behind it but on the first glance it almost feels like a bistro not a Michelin star restaurant.More

I have visited this restaurant based on the Micheline star recommendation with my family and two friends. We have ordered a degustation menu with 10 dishes. The first 3 of them were spectacular, however, that was all. Following meals were too complicated with so many...specific tastes that it was not possible to even enjoy or taste. It was too complicated, too over-processed, too much effort to make it special. Unfortunately, the fundamental idea of having a GOOD&TASTY meal has been lost. After the fifth dish, we stopped enjoying the dinner and waited for the end. Service: Great effort on the side of the waiter who served us, however, terrible approach of the sommelier. Comments after asking for a wine suggestion "Look in the wine menu and let me know." or when I asked him - What kind of the prosecco do you have? - "You can read it in the wine list." are not suitable for this type of the restaurant. Our final disappointment was pairing degustation menu with the wines. Instead of the filling glasses with the wine in front of the customer (to allow him to see a bottle and maybe remember the name of the wine), he has been scaling each glass of the wine on a scale securing that not even a drop of the wine extra was served to the customer. I have visited restaurants in Prague as Divinis, Cafe Imperial or Entre in Olomouc, and in each of them, I was amazed by the great food. Unfortunately, in this case, we have been leaving with the great disappointment. It was a very expensive dinner, however, the value, the taste and especially the final good filing was missing.More

Huge disappointment. We have a long list of fine dining behind us, but this was completely out of scope. Totally not understanding what the Michelin star is for. The meal started really nice, but that “hmm, this was so good” ended with the third food...out of a ten meal menu. The rest of meals were worse than each previous one, nicely looking, but not tasty, fat, complete mishmash of tastes while not tasting as what it was supposed to be. It was really sad to go to a Michelin restaurant and during the meal regret about choosing the ten course menu instead of six course menu, waiting for the end of the suffering. The bad impression was doubled by the unbelievable arrogance of the staff (except the waiter, he was really nice and trying hard), sommelier was arrogance all by himself. I’ve never seen wine to be poured on a side table far away from the customers, with the glass on the scale. We couldn’t even sleep during the night after the dinner trying to process the disappointment.More

Very friendly staff and warm welcoming that is really refreshing after a busy day. We tried the short vegetarian and the short normal menu, both were amazing, full of Czechish specialities from local farmers. The non-alcoholic pairing is a must to try, even though the...fragrance promised more than the taste but at least the taste of the food remained untouched in this way. One bottle of Czechish riesling.. super fine.More

We had a remarkable evening at Field. The cuisine is unique - each dish of the tasting menu is originally thought out. The tastes are amazing and refined, the presentation is spectacular, the service is outstanding, the wine list extensive. This is a wonderful restaurant...for a special occasion. Pricey but worth it! Highly recommend!More

Very disappointed!! Nothing special, no explosion of taste in the mouth that I had for example in Portfolio or La Veranda or other excellent restaurants in Prague. Reason why I haven't rate even average is that also person, who was welcome me and brought me...to the table, was arrogant. This is not acceptable in that kind of restaurant!More

I knew nothing about "Field" and came across a review that listed it as the number 2 restaurant in Prague and talked about how it's Michelin rated. So last night I went and had---hands down---the BEST restaurant experience in at least the last year +....Not only was the food wonderful----but the delicious meals were served in a whimsical, fun way, with creative sauce pours, unusual presentation, and fun (and unexpected) food combinations. And before my first appetizer came, three complimentary "prequel" appetizers were presented. It was all so good that halfway through my meal I requested the menu again----because I knew I would come back and I couldn't wait to figure out what meal I would eat next time. The service was excellent----the waiters had great enthusiasm for what they were presenting and everyone around seemed to be so pleased when the meal came---because it wasn't just a great meal, it was a fun experience so unlike most meals served at restaurants, the diners looked....delighted with each course's arrival for these reasons.. I had Goose Liver/Brioche followed by the Duck. Excellent. I could easily eat it again but considering how great they were I feel like it's a restaurant where I should try something else just to see how they impress me next time with the food and the presentation. If you're in Prague, this restaurant is well worth the visit.More

As long as you order a la carte, there should be plenty of options for you. The waiters are superb and can help guide you. You will not regret eating at Field, it is absolutely wonderful.
