Nice coffee but bad service. I understand that there is a language barrier but service staff attitude sucks...

Popped in with my youngest on a rainy Saturday and bought two drinks, they were excellent !! Girl with ginger auburn hair really made the luxury hot chocolate luxury and our kids eyes widened with glee! My flat white was creamy and had the prettiest...flower on. Service with a smile! Kept the kid from moaning about her feet being wet for 20 minutes. Hats of to you girl with redhair this mum finally got some peace !More

Charming staff and pleasant, quiet atmosphere seconds away from the hustle and bustle of Wenceslas square. You can sit in or out. Richard was not only efficient but he also moved effortlessly into English! I must confess to giggling at all the poor tourists that...were trapped outside of the beautifully clean WC! The ‘Autorizacni kod’ is on the receipt!More

We found this place not far from the jury’s inn where we stayed. The cappuccino was large and excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Just stopped there to have a morning Am-Co and read emails, browse a few pages to get hints for a day, they offer a free wifi for visitors... No problems there, satisfied.

The only thing ok with this place is the friendliness of the staff, which in Czech Republic is kind of a rarity. Everything else was terrible; rather slow service, bad coffee from a filthy coffee machine (saw it too late to cancel the order), the...worst toilets I’ve seen in Prague, no WiFi even though they claim they have it...... Too bad, for the place where Costas is (Palac Rokoko), is quite charming. Overall, very disappointing experience, I sincerely hope they’ll improve.More

Decided to try the Costa Coffee just down the road from the Jury’s Inn. Baristas friendly and with good English. Well served coffee. Toilets spotless. Well done.

Everything was actually good, but the one star rating comes from their WiFi policy. In order to log in you must enter your e-mail address so Costa coffee could send you spam! If they change their policy, then I will change my rating and review....Holding my mailbox hostage for WiFi is not cool... So not cool...More
