Short trip to Prague and spotted this true culinary gem on TripAdvisor. It was simply superb - entrees including local tasty soups, mains of duck, deer, vegetarian and tasty bottle of Czech merlot. The wait team excellent, decor simple and modern. We all had a...More

A rather sober yet classy environment, friendly and professional service and, of course, delicious food. It's creative with attention to details (it looks good to start with) and interesting combination of flavours. A bit pricey but not shocking and worth the experience. Highly recommended and...More

This is a modern style restaurant serving European style food with a French focus. The service during our dinner was attentive and knowledgeable, but not intrusive. Our dinners were well prepared, delicious and probably best described as, “fine dining”. Comprehensive wine including an interesting selection...More

After a couple of poor “traditional” meals in Prague city centre, we were hoping that Blue Wagon would change our luck. There was a friendly reception and both the waiter and waitress working were welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. They brought over complimentary starters...More

The service was excellent. We had cocktails which were prepared nicely. The food was very good overall, we ordered all the starters and soups. For the lovers of French cuisine this is a great restaurant. Would recommend.

I made the reservation last minute, I announced it was our anniversary and that I understand it is last minute, but that we'd love a surprise. Aside of the lovely dishes we chose ourselves, we also got a mini starter, a liquer wine and a...More

This was a disappointment. Ravioli with goat cheese, followed by duck breast and lentils. Both average, with not much flavor. Major faux pas came with serving of cheese and bread. We were probably the first customers having cheese after some time. Both were stale. Serving...More

Vinohrady & Vrsovice
Compared to the medieval heart of Prague, this
neighbourhood standing on former vineyards developed
very quickly in the first decades of the 19th century.
Today, it is the place where everyone wants to live,
and those who do, are proud of it. With its amazing
parks, classicist houses, terrace cafés, artsy bars,
cozy restaurants, markets, and vintage and trendy
shops, it is a home for people from all around the

Motto - Enjoy your time to "be here" ... What - Blue Wagon offers modern cuisine as it should be. We cook with quality, fresh and "primarily seasonal ingredients" that are processed by friendly, healthy methods. How - With the good food, we will recommend you suitable wines - we offer not only Czech, French or Spanish, but mostly Austrian wines, which we are happy to have the largest selection in Prague. Why - Great food and excellent wine would mean nothing without a perfect service. Your visit is always a honour to us, and therefore service is among the key indicators of your satisfaction. Where - Blue Wagon is located in Královské Vinohrady, Prague 2, close to the Square of Peace. Bright and airy interior will appeal to its simplicity and attention to detail. Something extra - We will prepare corporate meetings, business lunches, for teambuilding activities we offer tastings with our sommelier, or we will prepare special events on request. Or just come for a romantic dinner ...
