It's a cozy place with a lovely view (Kafka's statue). We had breakfast here, and the food was good. The service was a bit slow, though.

I recommend trying out the wide variety of cakes and coffee available here. This is an awesome place to satisfy your coffee craving.

You must walk here to see this view. Nice bar with 10 outside tables with respectively slow service. I really liked the view, didn't think much of the tapas that was warm but well presented

Found this wandering around near the Frank Kafka statue and enjoyed everything we ordered. Partner's lasagne was excellent and the cake and coffee were top class. Very reasonable and service was good, despite it being busy.

First of all I asked for a glass of sparkling wine and they served me a very very small glass it was the bottom of a bottle so no sparkles and weird residues in my glass. Then after a long time, the lady brought the food and she mistook my order so I had to eat what she brought because... More

Just had dinner here with the hubby and here is the breakdown: Atmosphere: we sat outside with a view of the Franz Kafka. Nice setting, and comfortable seating, which was appreciated after a full day of walking and touring the city. Service: our waitress didn't speak any English so we pointed to the menu. Our order was executed accurately. She... More

The homemade carbonara pasta was very tasty, but the service was unsatisfactory. There were 2 servers and the place was only ⅓ full but somehow the waiters unprofessionally managed to neglect me while they sat behind the service bar talking and playing on their phones

The food is amazing. We tried the pastas and they were just amazing. The deserts are also very good, and if you want a good expresso, this is the place to go. The staff is very nice and the place is cosy and chilled. A place to revisit.

Thank Duarte d

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
