went here for just a tea and a cappuccino. Its a darklit comfortable place right on the luxury shopping street of Prag. Therefore the prices are wuite expensive. The waiters were nice though and we enjoyed to heat up a little in there.

Booked here when we found that our first choice was booked out. Not much atmosphere, although to be fair the restaurant was nearly empty. Food was ok but not outstanding. Wine list was very good. Service ok. Overall, average.

I found this place almost by chance because their gelato stall is on the lane next to the Synagogue in Josefov. Turns out to be a fine Italian restaurant, located on the most fashionable street in Prague. I didn’t manage to dine in, but if...More

A superbly centrally located small lunch stop, with outstanding food and good service. A good cross section of light dishes, stunning flavours.

Perhaps it was because the local regional fare restaurants in Prague are so tasty, inexpensive, with generous portions that our outing here seemed off. But my fish stew was blah in a blah sauce, and the amount of seafood was minimal. We had 5 others...More

We have eaten here twice before over the years and it was always awesome. They must have changed owners or management because it was terrible this time. When we knew we were going to Prague we made plans to return to this restaurant. When we...More

Stopped here for lunch while sightseeing in the Jewish section. We ordered a lovely salad and risotto, and both were delicious! We would definitely recommend this for a leisurely, relaxing lunch.

The cafe looks beautiful, but the staff was horrible atittude and the cakes didn't taste that great. The lemonade wasn't even fresh. I would avoid this place, there are better cafes in Prague. Cafe du Paris is a lot better, with friendly service.

We stopped here after reading the menu after a tour of the Jewish Museum. It was a very good experience with friendly, prompt service and good food. The menu was a bit limited with less than ten entrees but both of our choices were tasty....More

We choose this restaurant without recomendarions becausse it was at Josefov neighborhood. It was a great surprise. The food anda desserts were ver good and the environment was Nice, calm with good music and weĺl manners attenders.

Josefov houses Prague’s Jewish community. This small
neighbourhood centered around Široká street is
completely surrounded by Staré Město (Old Town). As
the former Jewish Ghetto, today all that remains are a
few synagogues and the oldest surviving Jewish
cemetery in Europe. The narrow streets were once small
enough that a person could touch the houses on both
sides. You can still feel the dignity and history this
