We arrived late in the evening and the place was almost empty. Service and food really good but slightly expensive

Bad food with a bad service, too expensive for this awful culinary experience. They are taking %10 tip and forcing you to pay it. I dont recommend it.

We stopped here for our first night in Prague. We say by the window and watched the passing crowds. My friend and I had creme vegetable soup which was really nice with some caraway seeds. I had the Lamb Shanks with spinach and my friend had the Beef. All was good.

Good food, fast and friendly service. Even got the WiFi password without having to ask. Had the baked gammon and the grilled sausage, both very tasty.

Food was fine and kind in excess. I had duck and couldn't finished it (despite the help of my friends) - half duck. We also odered lamb, soup (gulash), sausages and some vegetarian food (within us). It wasn't anything special, but honest food and plenty. The 10% is a practice in all the places i've been in the prague's old... More

The location is good but that's all good about it. High price for nothing on your plate. Gulash had 5 pieces of meat in it! The bread... Forget it! That's not a restaurant! Tourist trap!

tl:dr: Service is a disgrace to restaurant community in Prague. At the receit they rip off 10% for the tip (it's small print at the last page on the menu) Food is mediciore at best, and was almost "walking dead" Service in this place is a joke. There was no customers exept us (Friday 5PM) wich shuould be alarming sign,... More

The first thing you feel coming in to this place is a smell of kichen which is open, and you can see what the chief is doing there. The second thing is the staff, that is loudly chatting near the counter. The third thing is not fresh and not tasty, but expensive food (I was afraid I will have a... More

This restaurant was close by our hotel and looked delightful as dusk fell at the end of our first day in Prague and as we were wanting to eat early, before going to the opera, we decided to try it. However, we were soon aware that the staff (and there seem to be lots of them) are "very" attentive and... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
