After being refused service at Restaurant Michal down the street (they had a private party) the waiter there told us to come here. The wait was a bit long and the waiter wasn't extremely helpful in finding us a table. Come to find out that table sharing isn't uncommon. We saw several people doing so but ended up being lucky... The locals coming to the restaurant is usually a good sign. And that's what we noticed there too. Also, be ready to be seated next to strangers at a table during their rush hours. They ask if that's okay though of course. A nice elderly couple was seated next to us and we even had a chat. An unusual, but... More

We had typical czech dishes, all tasty and nice. Prices are low. I had starter, main and drink for 300 CzK. The place has nice wooden interiour and looks tidy. Nothing fancy, but good quality and value for money. Would eat there again, if I am close by. Desert menu is very short.

It´s a very nice place, we went to try Borsh soup, unfortunately was not available so we took Goulash soup, what a surprise!!! simply the best I ever was eating, the beer is very good and really cheap. The only inconvenient is a guy at the entrance I think is a waiter he looks very annoyed and it´s rude with... More

BE AWARE -The price you see on menu is very different from what you pay at the end!!! The price looks good but this is only for the sauce or stew. To get a whole meal you need to add price for what you are eating with that. Not good value at all. We went into this restaurant for dinner.... More

This restaurant has Beautiful wooden details on decor. Typical Czech but with a tiny bit more fancier. We were walking in old town and stepped in when raining. Had some beers, pickled hermelin and pancakes with ice cream. Everything tasty and ok price. Nice music. Nice Staff.

Inexpensive. Huge portions. Everything from the low cow. I think that this is the way to eat here. The decoration maybe dates back to Gorbachev era, which is charming for some.

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city.
