Great food. Great service. Great location. Value for your money. Visited twice for lunch over my 4 days stay at Prague. Do drop by if your nearby Staromeska Metro station or Charles Bridge.

It was nearly a year since my visit to Prague, which, in my observations, is not to be known for good service any place. Partialy, I can understand the inhabitants - the crowds of tourists, most with less than pleasant behavior, are simply overwhelming. Looking at the receipt for the cafe, which I marked for good food and a very... More

The café was semi busy a lot of people but most were served already, we came in and waited about 10 minutes with the servers walking by and acting like we didn't exist, after that we asked to be served. Another 20 minutes without anyone taking our order and we walked out. Absolutely no regard for the customers in this... More

After walking the city for hours it was good to sit with a coffee Americano and a bit of cake. Service was efficient and prices reasonable. The cake was great.

The Place is very close to the center of the city, and the food is really good. The price is nominal as well. The collection of beers is also good. Definitely try the Soup of the Day.

Definitely a place to try, being not too expensive and serving up great tasting dishes (although I was here for brunch and not for breakfast). The ambience is nice and elegant, and a little on the cozy side as well, we got a pumpkin soup, beef tenderloin which was oh so tender, roast chicken which as atop a milky and... More

It was our first day in Prague and we were all tired and hungry... We found Mistral Cafe with options for all the family (One Vegan, one picky eater and two "normal"). The service was great, the food was tasty and the prices were resonable. I happily reccomend this place!

Our 1st visit to Prague and called into this small cafe after reading the recommendation in Lonely Planet. We weren't to be disappointed. Good, well presented food at reasonable prices (£25 for 3 lunches and 4 beers and a coffee). Just what us footsore tourists required.

A bit over-indulged with Czech traditional food, but not wanting to diverge too much from the local cuisine, we came across this stylish-looking cafe restaurant just off the main square. With a range of dishes, both local-sounding and more international, alongside reasonable prices, we set on visiting it that night. Mistral Cafe did not disappoint. An delicious roasted lamb dish... Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
