I come from South East Asia and grew up with the food that they are trying to replicate, if not improve. The food was extremely overrated for the price and ruin the reputation of the cuisine of my people. If they claim to be a...fusion restaurant, then this is a failed attempt. I would like to be mind blown if I were to pay 90 euros for a meal. If you want to experience mediocre, white-washed asian food that leaves you with an empty pocket, still hungry stomach, and upset or disappointed, then you may give this place a try.More

We visited SaSaZu for a new years celebration. We had a dinner and a couple of drinks. The waiter was very rude asking us whether we are about to leave or not (five times least) in a span of two hours. We had booked a...table in advace ofc... The papaya salad was very mediocre. Ive tasted a much better one before... The chilli crab was a crap, deep fried and didnt Taste like a seafood at all... They probably tried to cover up the fact that it wasnt a very fresh piece bit who knows. Shrimps tasted delicious though and the rolls tasted amazing. I d expect the staff to help me in/out of my coat and a chair and to refill our water/wine glasses automatically, like they do in a higher end places like this... The design of the restaurant Is wonderful though... It was a shame... because this place has a huge potential to become an excelent venue... It was an experience but ill never come back due to the horrible customer service...More

SaSaZu wants to be seen as one of “the restaurants” in Prague, but are lacking far behind the really good ones. Noisy interior, unattentive “communist” style of service, crowded due to the fact the interior is packed with tables so that they fit as many...guests as possible”, loud music…I really expected much more. For sure not the top-end restaurant. The food was good, but for this money you find better places to go in Prague. If I pay 80 euro pp without cocktails, I expect not only good food, but also superior service.More

Our waitress was unpleasant and took a really long time to come to us every time. The food was nice but way to expensive for the taste. Also, I had accidentally spilled my (tiny) bowl of soup but not only did I have to pay...for a new one, I also had to pay for the first. Overall the experience was not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend.More

We were very disappointed by SaSaZu. First of all, it cost a fortune. Second, the food was very hit or miss. The dishes (all very nice to look at) are really hit or miss. We had something we loved, a special maki, and then a...butter chicken taco that was just unpleasant. Overall although it's a pretty place we found it overdesigned, just trying too hard to be trendy. It was also in a neighborhood that was really out of the way. the taxi driver couldn't even find it. We wouldn't recommend it.More

Great ambience, the place is very nice designed. The dishes are bit small but they very tasteful . The price is a little high but it matches the quality of the food.

SaSaZu is an Asian fusion restaurant with great food. From Thai to Indian to Japanese, everything we tasted was just perfect. The atmosphere was too noisy for our liking and the grad décor was too much. The prices are on the upper end of Prague,...but still OK. For a full diner for 4 with wine and cocktails we paid about 300 US$.More

WOW!!! SaSaZu an amazing Asian restaurant in Prague. My son and I were loved it and enjoyed eating there. Very nice atmosphere with a great dishes and most importantly a great service. Probably the best Asian food we had eaten for a while.

The atmosphere and service was great. Although the food wars a disappointment. In contradiction to the Sasaza’s reputation, all four of our dishes were a disappointment. Both fish and meat tasted rancid. Would not recommend this place to anyone interested in good food.

Extremely pretentious and full of itself, communist slowness of service. An annoying background music and semi- darkness is not my cup of tea . The food was on the range between good and ok. Definitely overpriced for Prague.

It’s rather expensive compared to the ordinary Prague restaurant, yes. But, concidering the experience, the taste and the athmosphere, it’s well worth every cent. If you go for the Chefs’ menu (Taste of Sasazu) for 2... More
