We come to Prague twice a year and this business is always our destination. The food is delicious and fresh, very good value and the stuff is very friendly. The owners are a great host as well! Much recommended !!!

The staff were pretty rude about us not talking. Apparently you must be quiet! So don't go if you intend to have a conversation or laugh!

Me and the wife stayed just over the road from this restaurant and because we arrived quite late we thought we would pop in here for some food rather than going over the bridge. great little Italian restaurant with a great atmosphere you can see your food being prepared and cooked in the small kitchen. So visited this place with friends to get a drink, the staff was rude, said we were too loud (there was no one else at the place) we wondered if we had ordered a pricey meal his attitude would have been different.

Unfriendly owners, we were told to keep quiet when we laughed. We were told to keep our voices low. The owner actually said "this is not a bar". I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who wants to go and have a good time with friends.

After much roaming around the old town area and visiting the castle , we were famished and desperately looking for a nice place to have lunch. we saw a few places which had lovely back gardens and essentially open areas for lunch and thinking this place also had a garden we went in. Unfortunately there was some construction going on... More

Two friends and I stayed at the Arpacay Hostel for four nights. We were looking for somewhere close to eat and upon leaving the hostel we stumbled across the road to the "Pizzeria U Zeleneho Krale" restaurant, specialising in pizza and pasta. To sum up our experience there we ended up eating there three of the four nights. The service... More

We had a very pleasant dinner here out on the terrace at the back of the restaurant. It was a very warm night and we had over indulged earlier in the day, so we didn't want anything too heavy. I had the "Charles Bridge Spaghetti" whilst my partner had a Greek salad. Both were very nice and good value for... More

The title says it all. We had eaten in several restaurants around Prague during our trip and this has to have been the tastiest food. The staff were very friendly. The fact that they have their menu in multiple languages is a massive bonus for all travellers. Highly recommended for low cost, good quality, delicious food.

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
